My realtor was able to meet up with him on a property I am interested in purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and explained what it would take to get gas to the property. Everything was just an estimate. And they were able to take care of this within a day of me calling . Would highly recommend this company.

After a frustrating scheduling experience, Chris arrived today and did an excellent job installing a new garbage disposal and bathroom sink faucets. Upgraded a couple of things because of yesterday’s glitch. He know what he is doing and was efficient and helpful.

Chris and Henry came out on a Sunday evening for an emergency situation where my bathroom and drain near my washer dryer were overflowing onto the floor. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and got right to the issue. Chris ran a camera down to look at the main, found the blockage and then got on the roof and snaked it out to remove the blockage causing my issue. They fixed my problem on a Sunday night and talked me through my different options to take care of the aging main water line with significant scale build up. I was impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and responsive they were. I would highly recommend them!

Chris was professional and got the job done well and with great care and work ethic. I’m pleased with the outcome as I can now use my outdoor hose without it leaking from the main spigot which was 26 years old. Giving four stars instead of five because I feel the service was overpriced. The majority of things are unnecessarily overpriced these days.

Pioneer Plumbing is harassing me every single week by calling me to discuss my nonexistent account. I've blocked their number but they're still able to leave messages. They are located in Tucson, and I live about 150 miles away. My number is registered with the federal Do Not Call list, yet they persist in calling me. I report them every single time they call, yet nothing seems to be done, or they don't care that they're violating federal law. I have asked them to stop calling me, and they refuse. I can't imagine the level of harassment I'd receive if I did have an account with them.

Ryan was so helpful so full of integrity and did such a great job. he stuck with it and was able to clear the drain. we couldn't be more pleased with him and the service we got from pioneer.

Technician Matthew did the diagnostic on the issue and had Matt from Commercial to come fix the issue. Both gentleman are very knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you for your outstanding support.

Chris from Pioneer Plumbing serviced my water heater with their current special. He drained the water heater and watered some thirsty cacti! He offered services and a lot of good advice. He even wrapped my outdoor exposed pipes with weatherproofing. His service was outstanding. Thank you, Chris!

Chris came out to flush my Rinnai tankless. He walked me through everything he was doing in case I ever wanted to do it myself. I had purchased everything I would need, but it sure was nice to have it done for me! I had been putting it off, so I’m relieved that it’s done and he did a visual inspection of the other parts of my water system making recommendations and getting some estimates for me in case I was not in do-it-yourself mode. A very calm and careful person. Pioneer was running a special so it fit my retirement budget, too.

Pioneer Plumbing has one plumber who is amazing. Others who have come to my house have been mediocre and one person's work leaked the first time I used it! I get frequent calls requesting I hire them for additional projects, but their track record is poor.
Also, why would a company have to call to drum up work?
I won't use them again.
