Matt came out to replace all the piping. He was very nice, professional, and did a great job. Would highly recommend. Pricing reasonable. Great communication through the whole process. 5 star rating for Matt and Cals Plumbing.

It’s possible I was ripped off. Paid $500 to have a clog cleared with cables and no look with a camera, only to have the same issue appear less than a week later. New technician comes out, quotes me $1400 to clear out clog again. Will update review as situation changes.
Update 1: Had Mr Rooter provided a second opinion. Cal’s claimed this issue was from a eroding old water heater drain. Mr Rooter took a much higher quality look with a camera and pretty conclusively said it was from separating pipes. Now wondering why Cal’s ever tried to diagnose this as a simple clog without a camera inspection. Asking them to count the botched first visit against fixing the underlying issue.
Update 2: Cal’s made it right! Discounted already completed work against new work until issue was fixed.

Cal's tech, Matt Watson repaired two burst pipes for us. He was very knowledgeable, and very fast completing the work and getting us back to normal. The price was less than expected. We recommend this particular tech. As he was exemplary at his job. Happy to recommend Cal's Plumbing.

Just moved to Tucson and came in with no hot water. Cal’s came out, looked at gasoline and knew, the gas wasn’t on ( where were from both electricity and gas are billed by same company… didn’t know it was separate). Unlike most companies, I was surprised to be told since no work was performed, no charge?! Amazing! I will absolutely use a honest company like this again (hopefully won’t need to but, they are fist on my list of people to call)! Thank you Cal’s!!!

I can't say enough great things about Matt and the crew (Octavio and Shay) who came out to replace our gas line. After an unexpected gas leak in late October, I scheduled an estimate with Cal's Plumbing. Matt was super knowledgeable and did a great job on the estimate (even making himself available to our insurance adjuster since we have service line coverage.) After our insurance company signed off on the estimate, they got us on the schedule quickly, and Matt, Octavio, and Shay arrived right on time on the appointed day and stayed until the job was done, despite lousy weather and some rocks that slowed down their progress as they were digging the channel for the new line. They went above and beyond to clean up our backyard the next day after the city signed off on the new line, too. I was impressed from start to finish and will definitely call Cal's first the next time I need plumbing work!

Cal’s plumbing came out very quickly and the tech, Anthony was super helpful. He diagnosed the issue quickly and came up with some great solutions. I felt like he was honest and genuinely had our best interested in mind. We’ve had bad experiences with plumbers before and will definitely keep using Cal’s!

Lucas came to my home for an initial visit after my kitchen sink backed up and my washing machine flooded. Cal’s Plumbing kept me updated on his arrival time, which I appreciated. When Lucas arrived, he was professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen and document my concerns. As a new homeowner, I valued how clearly he explained things and even showed me where my main water shut-off valve is located. He followed up by providing a detailed quote via email so I can decide which services to schedule. Overall, I felt well-informed and supported throughout the visit.

We decided to have him over again to run a camera through the pipes and then do the hydroscrub. He was respectful of our house, explained all the issues he discovered to us and overall maintained the same professionalism and attention to detail from the first time. We are very happy and plan to contact him with all our needs going forward

This was my first experience hiring a company to fix a water leak that I could not fix myself. I am beyond pleased by their professionalism, work ethic, and dedication to fixing the issue. After completion of the task my yard was put back like it was before the leak, irrigation lines checked and driveway washed. I highly recommend them. Amazing company!

Travis & Jeremy repaired a broken drain line to my septic tank. The line was much deeper than we had anticipated which required a lot of digging. They did an incredible job even working through the rain! First class job. They were both very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the work Matt did installing our water softener loop and a 6-stage reverse osmosis filter under the sink. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous with every detail.

He explained the process clearly, kept the area spotless, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction.

Very professionally handled from setting up appointment to their system of advising status of technician arrival. Very courteous staff. Good care was taken in opening up wall access which was needed for valve replacement. This will made wallboard repair much easier. Quality of work and materials seemed high. Maybe not the cheapest, but having confidence in quality materials and workmanship has a value.

Lucas is the best plumber I've ever worked with. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job. He us extremely knowledgeable across a wide range of technologies and masters them all!

We co called Cal’s plumbing- without any recommendation and were super happy with their prompt service. The technician who was sent evaluated our problem, explained how it could be fixed, gave us a quote and when we agreed to the work he completed the repair that same afternoon. We were extremely satisfied with Jay, the technician. His knowledge and professionalism were appreciated and made us feel comfortable having called an unknown plumber.

Christopher was here to assess the job of connecting new Pex pipe to a cut off water softener line and replace old stub polybutylene lines, and run lines from main water line. He was very professional, explained things clearly, and he was just a nice young man!! We are glad he will be in charge of doing this job!

Matt Watson has done it again. The legend Matt always solves our issues. Today we had a new water heater installed and a whole home filter replaced.

Now we have real water pressure again. Thank goodness.

Gabrielle did a FANTASTIC job today. He not only fixed a leaky toilet O- ring on two toilets and a cracked sewer ring, but we changed out corroded and 30year old valves under twos sinks plus some flexible piping to the faucets. And a leaky kitchen sink faucet. He was extremely pleasant and was sure that we were happy with everything. We greatly appreciate all that he did today.

This was the most seamless plumbing issue ever! My water heater needed to be replaced and my regular plumber was MIA. I called my handyman and he suggested Cal’s. I made the call and within the next hour had a professional arrive at my home. After agreeing on necessary’s steps, Mr. Tennison retrieved the new water heater within an hour, punctual time frame, and started the work. He was quick, clean, quiet, and respectful of my dog! Within 3 hours I had an amazing looking water heater! Wow, what a hardworking young man! If I were 30 years younger, I’d marry him. Lol
The cost was not cheap but I guess that’s the price of doing business these days? The water heater is gas and lots of lines had to be replaced, welding, valves, etc. It was a mess.
Absolutely 💯 stars for this experience.

Anthony is a professional plumber who goes above and beyond what is expected to please the customer. He works steadily and doesn't spend his time goofing off. He has a good attitude and is a great asset to Cal's Plumbing. You are fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. I have not received the invoice as of yet so cannot comment on the cost and I don't remember what the amount was.

Matt was dispatched to perform the annual service of our hot water tank, and he was great. Matt was professional, polite, and he was pleased to answer all my questions as I sought advice. We couldn’t be happier with his service, and will definitely call on Cal’s again!

The service Christopher provided was outstanding. He repaired a pipe in my irrigation system on an emergency basis (there were pipes banging inside a wall) and repaired two non-functional faucets. He explained everything he did in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend him.
