Kenny was great today! Very nice guy, helpful and informative. Unfortunately our issue was one that cannot be resolved by a plumber but he has given us information on how best to pursue a solution. Also, we have been very pleased over time with the timely response of Al Coronado Plumbing.

We had a leak in our 2nd bathtub so called Al Coronado based on an AI we use. And from the first to last interaction it was 5 star. Jesse gave us some expert help and recommendations on the work we needed. And so did Xavier and Johnny for the actual plumbing work we needed. They were so neat and very well clean for plumber workman. And clean..,putting on & taking off slip on booties over their shoes every time they went in & out. My husband had to be out of town for the appointments but in this day and age, safety is extremely important. I felt I had 3 gentlemen doing our work we would HIGHLY recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Kenny came out to replace a kitchen sink sprayer hose that had a leak. He found out that the hose Delta sent was not the correct one to connect my faucet assembly. He personally got on the phone and talked to Delta to make sure they would send the correct hose this time which they finally did. He came back again and installed the hose. There was no charge for the first visit just a fair price for the second.

Matthew was on time, every quick to do the job he was hired for, but more importantly he discovered an issue that was very much needing repaired. He explained in detail the problem and got us set up with an appointment for next week. Our experience and trust in the Coronado Plumbing Group is above reproach. I called Al Coronado Plumbing to get some leaky toilets replaced. I got a very professional plumber Bruce who did a thorough inspection and explanation of the condition of the toilets and the water connections involved, repair/replace options and a complete explanation of what services would be accomplished and cost. Bruce did an exceptional job repairing the water service and replacing the toilets. He kept me informed throughout on all the details of the project. Now I'm flushing with 'more power'. Thanks.

Called Al Coronado plumbing for a shower valve and they were quick to answer on a Saturday and dispatched someone within an hour. A call to competitor of theirs prior resulted in being told they could come out Monday or Tuesday by the way. Adrian came out, quickly assessed the situation and provided next steps and a quote. After we accepted he got right to work. He was fast, effective, respectful, professional yet personable. He walked us through every step of what he was doing and was done in no time! Wore his booties to protect our floors from the moment he first walked in too! Greatly appreciate Al Coronado, and it was a pleasure to work with Adrian. Highly recommended, especially if they’re sending Adrian out. Thank you!

Matthew was great. He arrived about 8:45 PM for an emergency issue I was having. He was kind, professional and got the job done. I highly recommend this company.

I had them replace my main water supply valve… Something several other plumbers had shied away from. Kenny did a great job, explained what he was doing and left the work area much better than it was before he started.
I’m very likely to use them again for future work.
My only complaint: They shouldn’t send texts requesting a review… (I wrote this one freely….for the excellent work performed).

Your service tech, Andy, dropped by to assess a kitchen sink, faucet and disposal replacement and was very thorough in guiding us through the challenges of our project, the time involved and the overall cost and was very pleasant in the process. We look forward to having him return to do the installation.

I had a drain leak hidden inside a masonry wall in my kitchen, and Al Coronado Plumbing responded right away. Briar came out first to assess the situation, and he was extremely knowledgeable, clearly explaining my repair options and arranging for the work to begin quickly.

A couple of days later, technician Jesus arrived and opened the wall to expose the damaged pipe. He replaced the leaking section efficiently and with very little disruption. Jesus was polite, professional, and took the time to show me just how deteriorated the old pipe was, along with the new materials he installed. He also went above and beyond by replacing all the plastic piping under the sink.

Once the job was finished, everything worked better than it ever had. My family is thrilled to have a fully functioning kitchen sink again.

My husband and I have recently faced series of frustrating experiences with plumbing companies, causing us significant discouragement and stress. Consequently after several disappointing encounters, we decided to seek out a more reliable solution for our home's plumbing requirements. After thorough research and reading a hefty amount of online reviews, we ultimately decided to put our faith in, Al Coronado Plumbing. I called the office and had the pleasure of speaking with Tiffany. She was just Wonderful from beginning to end! She was able to get someone out to us in less than 24 hours. Today I met Brandon Poryanda, our assigned technician. Let me tell you, this guy is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Brandon offered explanations with patience and seemed to genuinely care about our concerns. And, unlike other companies who make us wait a few days to hear back, Brandon typed up an itemized list with options and quotes all before leaving!! After so many disappointments, this assessment visit was a breathe of fresh air! We are hoping this decision will lead to a posītive and stress-free experience unlike the previous ones. The job itself had to happen on a Saturday. A significant water leak at the water meter box. The technician had to do some digging, remove the box frame, replace a 1/4 turn ball valve, and also replace approximately 12 inches of Schedule 80/40 PVC pipe. The tech was on the job site for approximately 2 1/2 hours. The job billed out at North of $900.00. I felt if I waited until Monday, I would need to go to the meter box multiple times to shut it off and turn it off overnight to prevent water waste and water charges. I made the decision to have the technician go ahead and correct the problem. I am not in the plumbing business, but this charge seems to be very high.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I was happy with his work and that he cleaned up the area on completion of the job. Nice guy. Thank you. Two stars for Al Coronado Plmbing, Five stars for the technician.

Brian was very helpful. He was very thorough and responsive and handled the issue in a timely manner & went above and beyond & even helped me speak to my insurance company. It was extremely helpful in a time of stress for me to have such great service.
