I have gotten to work with Ricardo a couple times recently as I’m a local contractor as well. I just like him, a fellow vet and a honest guy. Honesty is everything. RG has a good one with him.

7-10-2023 Kasey was at our home taking care of older home stuff. We showed him a flex line that corroded in less than a year. It was fixed in a jiffy. A year ago he put on a timed instant hot. We do not waste water while waiting for it to heat up. Only runs during peak times. Update. 6-29-2022. We have since last review used Kasey at our older home. He and his crew have modernized the plumbing. Very easy to work with. He installed a toilet that is pretty much self cleaning. Everyone should have one./// Casey was great at 2 properties. He scoped the 1 property for us.

Todd knew exactly what to do and got it done promptly. He was courteous and friendly and even answered my pesky wife's question. Highly recommended.

Best Company in town! My water heater broke Thanksgiving morning, I had plans (like most people) I shut my water off for the day. The next day David came out and replaced it. I have hot water again!

Purchased a project home and had no idea how bad plumbing was. They came out to look and were honest and transparent about what the job would take and didn’t try adding on unnecessary work like some of the other quotes we received. The price was more than fair. The work was fantastic, I even had some other trades come in and compliment how good all of the work looked. Definitely would recommend and use again!

This is my 2nd job with them and they have been great both visits. They helped diagnose leaking problems in our residential facility and fixed access points, commercial kitchen sprayers, and got both a newly purchased water heater and an old water heater back up and running. We got found them via a recommendation from other facilities and we will be using and recommending them in the future.

I had a shower head that was leaking and after the plumber came out the first time to fix it a week later the leak started again. They sent David the second time and he was very professional, diagnosed the problem and took extra steps to ensure the leak had definitely stopped before reassembling everything and cleaning up. RG & Sons is the only plumbing company I use because they are a locally owned company that is honest, fair and stand behind their work.

I had an awesome experience with their service team! Technician was out with a a couple of hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem on the same day. He took the time to explain the process to me, detailing how the work would be completed and why. I really appreciated his care in handling the adobe brick surrounding the pipe.
Will use them again for any plumbing issues.
