Called RG and Sons on Monday when we realized we had a leak, on Tuesday they sent David over to assess the work and by Thursday our sink was fixed! David was so fast and efficient, he was so nice and our dogs loved him! Great job and thank you getting our house back with running water.

I was were very pleased with the service that we got from RG and sons. They were very responsive to my inquiries. Excellent customer service and communication from everyone, especially the plumber who was sent to us. Would absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

It’s hard for me to put this towards, but I’m gonna try. I had the service multiple times in a two week period. Every single time I could not have asked for anybody nicer to show up at my house. Explained every single thing he did. And a small job didn’t end up growing into a bigger job. Each time I was so pleased. Never mess was left. I felt like I had a really good employee at my house. That’s all I can ever ask for from someone doing work for me. The receptionist if I ever get to meet her, I will give Giant hug. She was so kind to me every time I called. This is a simple but heartfelt note to thank RG & Sons and their wonderful plumber David for their work replacing a master bathroom shower cartridge and a leaking hose bibb, and installing a Champion valve on a defective irrigation system. After conducting some research and considering a few reputable companies, we came across reviews highlighting DR Plumbing’s services and merits. We are now glad to add our own praises. Despite RG’s busy schedule, David came the next day, and swiftly and professionally replaced the faulty systems, while maintaining communication all along. This company is excellent in service, response & quality. They replaced a faulty automatic hot water heater (that was installed about a year ago) with a brand new automatic water heater at no cost. The repair person, David Slaughter, is a true professional & a gentleman. Doing business with RG & Sons is always fair & responsible.

I've used their services 4 times now, and it's been consistent and reliable. Very responsive, especially if it's urgent. I've never had anyone pressure me to spend more money than was necessary. In fact every time I've either been given advice with options to save money or ways I could do some of the work so that we could afford the more critical work that I couldn't do. Recently Andy and Bruce helped us out. Both were extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. Everyone I've talked with over the phone has been professional, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this place for any plumbing issues or work.

We had an emergency water line break and Al Coronado Plumbing immediately dispatched a plumber to our place and he was there with a couple of hours. Brandon got right to work at creating a work around so we could have water in the main house until the mainline water line could be fixed. Thank you for the quick service!

From start to finish one of the worst experiences. Miscommunication at the beginning, although Andrew tried to rectify. The plumber left shoe covers at front door despite trash can in carport and appeared to not know how to navigate a simple food clog in kitchen, then wanted to charge an additional $500 (pre purchased disposer), to install disposer with a couple new PVC pipes after already paying $410. Disappointed needless to say. Perhaps I had different expectations after using them a few years back.

We had leak on our water main shutoff a couple years ago. The builders put a bunch of galvanized pipe together in multiple pieces along the line which inevitably failed. At that time we had the main replaced with copper pipe and had a new brass valve placed on our water irrigation system. This week I noticed a small leak coming from the irrigation valve that they had installed. I called Al Coronado again and was quickly set up with an appointment to fix the issue. Brandon was informative and accurate with his arrival time and quickly let me know that the problem was a failed seal due to the hard water and exposure of that seal to the sun. He called and got permission to replace it for just the cost of the part even though it was outside of warranty. I truly appreciated him calling his supervisor to have this approved as it showed me they honor their work and their reputation. Brandon even fitted it with a better valve that is not as exposed to the sun and outdoor elements. His attention to detail, kindness, and efficiency with the work are greatly appreciated. We will be sure to give them a call with any plumbing needs that arise in the future!
