Jesse came to inspect the hot water heater and other plumbing concerns. He was very professional, courteous and clearly explained our options including reasonable estimates. I would definitely recommend Coronado Plumbing!

Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable and did an outstanding job of going above and beyond in answering my questions and concerns. He also inspected our property and found an additional issue while doing a water pressure check. The previous company that we had out two months ago didn’t even do a pressure check. All price quotes were clearly explained and several options were given. He explained how Al Coronado Plumbing would complete the work, as well as about their warranty and commitment to excellence. I’m relieved we finally found knowledgeable plumbers to help. Thank you!

We had a burst pipe above our water heater right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Good luck getting a plumber, right? Much to my surprise they responded immediately and diagnosed the source of water coming in.

This was our second experience with Al Coronado plumbing and as with the first time we are so happy with the services and results. Jesse takes the time to explain every single option as well as how to care for the repairs for long lasting results. Pedro was kind and courteous for the entire day he spent in my home. In addition to everything we needed he moved our trash can and my neighbor’s out to ensure the truck could access them around his work truck. He also found that our dog had escaped the backyard and brought her back in. It’s the little extras that really make us feel cared for with Al Coronado. We will definitely be calling for our next plumbing adventure!

First time I’ve needed a major plumbing service. Al Coronado showed up one hour after my initial call. Xavier was the primary plumber. Showed up every day on time. Repairs exceeded all expectations. When finished their clean up was spotless. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Xavier is east’s five star employee.

Kenny was friendly, honest, and professional while evaluating our water heater and the need and type of replacement. I really appreciated his attention to details of our installation and clearly explained what will be needed and, most importantly, why those are needed. While we ultimately decided to wait a bit longer to have the work done, there is no doubt we’ll be calling Coronado Plumbing when the time comes.

We had several plumbing companies give us quotes to upgrade my elderly mother’s toilet. Andy from Al Coronado Plumbing gave us the best overall deal, which included an extended protection plan. Since I live out of state, I felt more secure that my mom would be in good hands if something went wrong with her new purchase. Andy was very professional and

I discovered a manifold leak on the side my house. Called Al Coronado plumbing. They sent a technician to my house in two days. The plumber was Jesse. He was polite, efficient, thorough.

Just had the pleasure to meet the technician, Jessie, who came out to find a possible leak that our system was saying our home had. He is as very knowledgeable in what he needed to do to locate the leak. Reassuring me all along to give me the best options to fix my issue. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

Thought I would leave a quick review for John who came out and performed all the repairs for outside faucets, inside kitchen sink, and bathroom tub that was leaking. He was quick and very conscientious about the repairs and ensuring the right parts were being installed. Grateful job and fast...thank you for you being so polite.

Our Navien recirculating hot water heating system sale and installation was a big success! Matthew answered all of our questions pre-sale and once we confirmed the purchase the system was installed two days later. The installation looks good and is neat and orderly. Full jobsite clean-up, including hauling away old unit. Throughout the process the team answered all questions and give us a good orientation when done. We felt like valued customers throughout the process!Based on two major projects at our home over the last several years we cab give Al Coronado plumbing a strong recommendation without hesitation!

Excellent experience. Bruce installed two new faucets along with replacing everything underneath the sink quickly and professionally, communicated clearly throughout the process and left everything clean and working perfectly. Reliable, knowledgeable and easy to work with - I would absolutely recommend him and would hire him again.

Pedro Lopez was a God send to take care of Our Lord’s home. Pedro was very knowledgeable and conducted himself in a very professional manner. Pedro had to return a couple of times due to unforeseen issues. Pedro’s communication was Fantastic and always kept me in the loop. We will now be using Al Coronado to take care of Our Lord’s home. I called for a tech to unclog a bathroom sink. My previous attempts proved only temporary.
I knew the clog was not very deep since the water would back up moments after the water was on.
I just didn't have a long enough snake. I had seen on TV, a few local companies that offered around $50 to unclog sinks.
This " kid" looked at the sink, turned the water on,. And, are you sitting down? Quoted $400 !!!
I laughed out loud. He said " well, Coronado is one of the more higher end plumbing companies.,and you have to consider warranties... " For a clogged sink!!??
Sent the clueless young man packing. Went to Ace. With the sound advice from Dave, I came home with an $6 sink snake and Voilà! Cleared the clog.
They need to train these newbies better at Coronado.

I had a toilet leaking in the master bathroom and I called on a Saturday and the sent Johanny Duarte to fix it. While he was here,, I had him check other bathrooms and kitchen and he recommended repairs that I agreed with. He fixed my toilet that day and we scheduled for him to come back for the rest of the repairs. Johanny was a great worker and a very nice and polite person to have in my home.

Matt was sent to my home and he repaired my bath tub valve. His repair and advice was excellent. He fixed my problem with no hesitation and it works better than before. I highly recommend Matt and Al Coronado for expert service. Thank You!!

The plumber was professional in appearance, he arrived at he time he said he would, he was neat in appearance, applied foot booties to protect my flooring he also spoke very clear and explained what he would do prior to doing it. He was courteous to my self and others he explained what was wrong and gave me various options to repair it. I would have Johnie back any time. 5 stars…

I very much appreciated the heads-up phone call from Brandon Poryanda that he was on his way and would arrive in 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable regarding our existing 16 year old water header, i he which is part of our solar system, and he explained in language I could understand. His knowledge and no pressure sales presentation gives me confidence in Al Coronado Plumbing.

We had Briar initially come out to assess the problem. Was very thorough and knowledgably. Gave us two different estimates, depending on the size of the PRV to be replaced. Then scheduled another appointment for the next technician, John, to come and do the work. John was here on time, kpet me informed as to what he was going to do, showed me what he had done, made sure all was working properly, cleaned up the work site with no trash left. Was very impressed with how he went about his business. Very pleased.

Leo helped me to mediate one of the most complex, difficult plumbing issues I have ever faced & probably possible. I had to deal with home owners insurance, more than one kind of contractor, a complicated denial, then approval. It was a lot. Leo was an invaluable resource! He was so helpful, always available, positive, encouraging & I’m not sure I could’ve done it without him. Al Coronado plumbing is very lucky to have Leo on their team. He is the best!

Overall outstanding. A little high priced but worth it to us.

In the past they have replaced polybutylene pipes and installed water heater and a toilet.

I had a plumbing crisis on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. While I was a frustrated by the fact they were closed on Sunday and did not offer 24/7 service, we were personally able to shut water off finally and it prevented further flooding. The communication happened that weekend but it was a little rocky.

But on week days communication is wonderful. The excellent news was Jesse came out Monday and did a terrific job diagnosing problem and went the extra mile figuring out solutions. He ordered the perfect faucet and had in stock. Then he called office for us and arranged for Jesus to come out Wednesday and install the necessary replacements . He did a great job . The whole staff are highly professional, thoughtful, and caring. So I recommend them although if you are looking for low budget solutions these are not the guys. But to us it was worth it.

This is our first time use Al Coronado Plumbing and the experience has been great. Leo was out today completing recommended yearly maintenance and replacing a rod. He took the time to explain how the rod looks when new and how the one in our water heat looked .... it definitely was past replacement time. Leo also did a check of bathroom sinks, toilets and kitchen sink and made recommendations. We bought this house a couple years ago but its 26 years old still with original plumbing so Leo's recommendations are appreciated.
