The technician came to evaluate a potential repair to the shower control. He gave a reasonable diagnosis of the symptoms and provided multiple options to move forward. CALS provided a water main connection for me two years ago after a hard freeze. They were prompt in response and did great job for a good price.

Martin was right in time the first night, very straight forward with what he could do to fix our issue, the inexpensive way that wouldn't hold long or the right way that would give us 25 years peace of mind. We went with Cal's plumbing because of the 5 star reviews! I am happy to say I am adding to the 5 stars!

Travis with Cals was amazing!!! Such a quick response and truly appreciate his feedback on my RO system. He also gave me an excellent recommendation for a restoration company to see if my hardwood floors are ruined from my RO system. Highly recommend.

Our pressure regulating valve was failing and our water pressure went to practically zero. Of course, this type of thing always happens on a weekend!!! After leaving messages for two other plumbers, I called Cal’s and they got me right on the schedule.
Anthony showed up late afternoon (on a Saturday with a smile on his face) and jumped into what turned out to be a 4 hour job! He did a great job and we now have great water pressure. We have been in our 25 year old home for four years and have always been somewhat disappointed in our lackluster water pressure. I guess the hard water had already taken a toll of our system and it was just a matter of time.
I couldn’t recommend them enough! I was also impressed that during the 4 hours between my call and Anthony coming to our home, I received 2 phone calls providing updates on our timeline so we weren’t left wondering.
We will use them next time there is a need (hopefully not soon LOL)

We've had some great folk from Cal's come out to help with the plumbing on our 1950s home. The latest was Elijah. Thanks for your professionalism and kindness Elijah...and thanks for keeping the heart beat of this old house going.

We recently had the water lines completely replaced both inside our home and outside to the water meter. We've used Cal's before so we knew the professionalism they have, but that was previously a small repair. They went above and beyond our expectations. The team called ahead every morning so I could ensure our cats were put in a room prior to the arrival. Martin communicated all the actions needed every step of the way, he listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. Both Martin and Dane were respectful, friendly, and professional. They were not the original team who was going to perform the work, however they stepped right in and took over seamlessly. I am thankful this is the team who performed the work on our home. We are extremely happy with the job and would highly recommend Cal's for your plumbing needs.

Well like clockwork if it's a holiday and something is going to break it does it with the worst timing... Garbage disposal was leaking from the base so had to be replaced. While any other day that wouldn't be a headache Christmas Eve and a task list of everything to get done today I was ready to lose it. Called Cal's and they were kind and patient because my cell signal was horrible and yet they had a technician to me within the hour. Gabriel showed up and was an absolute professional. Took time to explain our options and yes it was a little higher than I would have liked, they had it on the truck so that was a big plus. Literally he went through and explained their process and within an hour we have a much quieter, nicer profile and better disposal all the way around. He cleaned up after his work and put all of our things back under the sink even when I said not to worry. I'll call Cal's again for sure if I have a future need but more than that we will be requesting Gabriel. He was passionate about his work and was a joy to converse with. Even our dogs were good with him immediately so he's got to be a good guy, they don't like anyone .. including me sometimes.. lol Thanks to everyone at Cal's from the initial call to the follow up for our gate code. Merry Christmas and thanks for saving my sanity and our Christmas Eve meal with family.

Excellent plumbers. We called Cal's Plumbing and the techs arrived within 2.5 hours of our call. They had to buy some toilet appliances but everything was fixed within an hour. The techs were polite and very able. Will call Cal's again if we need help. They were careful and trustworthy.

Fantastic service with Cal’s! We had been trying to get our home water softener installed with another company who hadn’t returned our calls or requests for 5 months (I let my husband in charge of this and this is what I get haha). I called Cal’s and they sent someone out to give a quote the same day!
Anthony was fantastic and thorough. The crew connected a new water line for us and replaced our sink for a new reverse osmosis system. It was a very labor intensive job of 3 days. We are very pleased with the professionalism and scope of work.

I wish I could give a higher rating. Nick, from Cal’s came out to address an issue with a small septic tank grinder system connected to the guest house. The issue couldn’t seem to be resolved with 4 different plumbers. Nick came out and diagnosed the issue, listened to our situation and worked with us to completely fix and resolve the issue. This nightmare has finally came to an end and it’s all because of Cal’s. They have earned a customer for life and I will always recommend to anyone in Tucson to go with Cal’s.

Chris came to repair a pin hole leak in the refrigerator water line. Replaced the plastic line with a steel braided line. Had to redrill the holes through the cabinets, and run the line behind the stove. Very courteous, fast, and did an excellent job.

Matt was conscientious and paid attention to the many details involved in removing a failed solar hot water heater and replacing it with a tankless one. After the long installation was complete he answered all my questions and cleaned up the area before he left.

Shane was amazing. Very communicative and the only plumber I've had that has actually fixed my problem. Much recommended.

Mathew came did an emergency repair yesterday. Mathew was professional and very polite. The work was done quickly and performed to the highest level of quality. Henry came and helped out so the job was finished before dark. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality of work. I’m very pleased with every contact point at Pioneer.

Chris Andrade from Pioneer Plumbing came out the same day we called for a suspected leak under our older double wide. He tested inside the house and also crawled underneath. No leak. He did say there could be a blockage somewhere, but if we aren’t having problems, to wait and see. If a problem develops, we will call Chris to come do a camera inspection of the drainage system.

So impressed and pleased with this company! I needed to convert my firepit from a propane tank to a natural gas line. I got 3 bids. Pioneer Plumbing’s bid was the best. Josh and Robert found the hidden gasline in the wall, extended it down through the walls and punched it out under the patio directly under the firepit. They spent a good amount of time planning before they made any cuts so that they got it right the first time. And they kept me in the loop so I had no surprises. The job was done very well. Josh and Robert are qualified and knowledgeable. And cleaned everything up after the job was done! I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing.

Fantastic service. I’m helping out a relative and was in town just for a few days. They scheduled around my schedule, did the work, assisted with an issue with an unreasonable neighbor. Fantastic work and customer service all around.
