I called on Friday to explain about a leak in my house, was given a time frame of 12pm-1pm on Saturday and told to text my address to the number I called. They literally did a no call no show and ghosted me. I called several times on Saturday with no response. If I could give zero stars I would. Super unprofessional

I needed my kitchen pipes fixed and they showed up within a few hours. Once they arrived they were very down to earth and kept me up to date on everything. Super happy with this company!

They did a great job. Responded right away and came out the next day to give a quote. He was able to schedule the job right away. They showed up on-time. He answered all of my questions. They moved my bathtub drain in the slab and rerouted water lines in the wall. Highly recommend!

Stood by estimates, asked before he did additional work, called before he came, showed up on time, did very high quality work, took the extra time to sort out the changing water heater code requirements - even talked to our electrician, cleaned up very well, did final touches to make the installations look nice.

Geoffery was really professional and his workmanship and attention to detail is top notch. He installed a water softener and my water main was a little more complicated than I originally thought. I called them, told them what is going on, sent them some pictures, and I was able to get an estimate over the phone. I called the competitor and told them what part I needed and they refused to give me an estimate for the parts and labor without their worker inspecting it. So I went with Plumbologist. The worker that came out did a good job, answered all of my questions, and while I hope it’s a while before have to call the plumber again, I will call them.

Plumbologist replaced a Copper Sweat Connection Ice Maker Outlet Box. This is the water source that feeds a refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker. Geoff was professional, personable, and did a great job. I have already recommended Plumbologist to a few friends.
