Tucson Plumbing is well run, good to work with, and I readily got an appointment.
Our technician, Adrian Thyng, was awesome! He was professional, polite, friendly, and very patient with questions. We enjoyed working with him!
Our shower head was completely clogged up. He quickly found the underlying problem was with our water softener that was no longer working, resulting in the blocked shower and mineral deposits.
Adrian installed a new water softener system and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him and Tucson Plumbing.

Extremely grateful for Roy and Manuel who came to help us with a water leak outside, they came the very next day and fixed it. Took them what seemed like 20 minutes but it was so quick and they were very nice and explained everything throughly! Thank you again!

Worst experience ever. Six weeks and still no hot water. Will NEVER work with them again. When I called to complain and tell after the 6 weeks, the owner yelled at me and told me I was wrong.

After waiting all day on a Saturday this guy calls 3 minutes before he is supposed to arrive and says he won't get on the roof where our clean out is located. We explicitly told them hours earlier that the clean out was located on the roof. He said it was against city code and refused to help us. Not if your home was built in 1958!

I basically don't recommend Presidio Plumbing. The worst experience with a plumbing company ever. Their sales manager is useless and not trustworthy. Find someone else to help. The dispatcher has no experience at his job.

Tommy was amazing with my installation. He was accurate and expeditious with his service. In addition to be knowledgeable and efficient his service was prestine.

Are you kidding? Since he said he would be unable to do "all" of the backfill, I offered to help finish it up with my tractor. But, in the contract he wanted me to sign, it said I would be responsible for all the backfill. He would not change it to what we agreed upon. Wow...and after I checked out the other reviews...I'm left wondering why did I not check them out in the first place?

Hardly any contact from them. They showed up whenever they wanted to and when I wasn't home or available because I worked. Had to wait an extra week to get service. They also didn't show up during scheduled time nor call to reschedule.

Armando arrived on time and performed a repair of the water line from the water meter to the house. He was very professional and performed all phases of the job expeditiously. He has got to be the hardest working man I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

The rental company choose this company to fix the clogged pipes. They cleared the drains and ran water and it drained. Yay!
HOWEVER the second time the toilet was flushed, it backed up. The company doesn't seem concerned. They can possibly,maybe have the tech out to complete the job (day of service) but itll be tomorrow. No good.

Presidio was assigned by Service Line to repair a bad leak in my main water line. The line was in such poor condition that a full replacement was in order. Presidio argued for a full replacement, but were refused. Presidio asked if we could manage without water until the next morning so they could ask their supervisor to lobby on our behalf with Service Line Warranty. We agreed, and were delighted to learn full replacement had been approved! That same day they came fully prepared, dug a brand new trench, cleared away some branches and roots, and in two hours the new line was in, the trench was back-filled, and we had running water again. Bottom line: Presidio ROCKS!!

The homeowners insurance referred them to me. They did not return my calls to tell me when they were coming. I was home all day waiting. I received a call from the technician that he was at the house and no one was home. Again, I was home. He did not ring the bell or knock on the door! I ran outside, no one was there. I returned the call within 1 minute of his message. The technician did not answer his phone. I left a message begging him to come back. No response. I called the main number and explained what happened. I asked him to call the technician and he replied, “he won’t answer for me either”. Then, he hung up on me! Unbelievable. Steer clear of them. They play games because they don’t actually want to work.

I have Homeserne and called them about to Called due to tub not draining. I have a Homeserve Policy that covers indoor plumbing and up to 25ft of drain. Says drain has collapsed and Jim said it could possibly be his fault. Moral of the story was the goal to fix drain. Gone a week and half with no shower still......and paid them $2189 for fittings and redoing pipes in shed. Still. ....no shower. Would not recommend.
