Adrian came out to check our water pressure and ensure that our PRV was working properly. He explained process well and verified that the PRV was doing its job.

Tucson Plumbing was contracted for a Lennar build and performed a subpar installation of a bathtub. The tub was improperly installed, which caused a stress crack that eventually led to a major leak, damaging the downstairs area of my home.

Update: An inspection by a third party determined the leak to be due to poor grout installation. In addition, they installed a tankless water heater outside of specifications.

Chris Reedy arrived within 1hr of our call, diagnosed the problem, had the parts in his van, and had the hot water heater working in 3 hrs.

It was warranty work, but labor not included. The hourly labor rate surprised me.

I recently had a very good experience with Tucson Plumbing for our water softener. The person answering the phone, took the time to try to trouble shoot with me and guide me to the helpful pages in the manual, as our problem was likely user error. The technician who came out, explained how the system worked, showed me how to set the program, answered questions and let me record the instruction as well. I very much appreciated Paul Amos’s expertise, patience and kindness.

Called on a Wednesday and got an appointment for Friday to install a replacement for my sump pump which I had here at the house. . They arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment , but called and text before coming to the house which was fine. The technicians were Adrian and Ron. They were pleasant , and professional, and they were able to answer all of my questions. They made sure everything was functioning properly before they left and also cleaned up. I thought the price for the install was on the higher side, however, everything these days seems to cost plenty. The service was done in a timely manner, great job. Had a leak in my ceiling in the living room/kitchen area. I contact Tucson Plumbing an LGI supervisor and they sent out a plumber to make the repairs. Had to wait the following day because they had to stop at the shop to pick up a part but once they install it, everything was taken care of!

Same day service and quick response. Chris explained everything before he began and did an excellent job. He was very polite!

We've had nothing but great service from Tucson Plumbing and love that we're supporting local. They've done a variety of jobs for us from unclogging drains to installing a toilet to work outside, the list goes on. It's all been done efficiently. Chris has done most of the jobs for us and we really appreciate his expertise - he is really knowledgeable. I like that they call and text before arriving and that the texts include a photo of the person coming over. Overall great plumbing service from this company, I would highly recommend. You are getting a way better service than if you went through some corporate company.
