It would be great if they were transparent with they're pricing like other companies. $280 hourly fee plus the $69 trip charge means their
services start at $349 even for the most basic of work. Be warned

My experiences with Tucson Plumbing have always been perfect. The office personnel and the technicians are courteous, pleasant and helpful. For my most recent experience, the technician, Chris, was very efficient and knowledgeable, completing the needed repair very quickly. I highly recommend Tucson Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of this company and its employees. Woke up to a thumping sound at 3am this morning that sounded like it was going through the pipes and had no idea what it was but their phone number who was on the water heater which I suspected might have been the problem. I called the company at 0953 and they said they would be able to get someone out today. By 1033 I got a call from Chris saying he would be 30 minutes away if I was available. He came through with Zach, who was training with the company, and they did their diagnostic work. They explained everything thoroughly. They gave me the options to fix the issue, and were transparent in their rationale. By 1315 they were done, walked me through everything again and answered the additional questions I had. Chris allowing Zach to do some of the work for hands on training was also respected. They seem to work well with each other.

I also appreciate the text message that tells you who is coming and a little background. I always stress knowing I have to open up my door to strangers but this was a very pleasant experience.

Definitely saving Tucson Plumbing number in my phone if I have any other plumbing issues. Professionalism from the first phone call to the end.

Chris did an excellent job working with Rinnai tech support to diagnose and identify issues with the recirculation system. A fix will be made once parts become available (the next day).

The installation was done very neatly and professionally with only minimal disruption to our water access during the process. Had Jose come out to flush my water heater and do a fix on a bathroom drain. Jasper set it all up. Jose was great. I live in a Robson community and thus far, Tucson Plumbing is the only contractor who has impressed me.

We had our tankless water heater flushed for the first time. Gabriel was incredibly informative as I asked numerous questions about this heater and one we have on a rental property that, unfortunately, we have not had maintained as well. I felt, as a woman, that he acknowledged the understanding I already had, and filled in the gaps with needed details. It was so refreshing to not be 'talked down to".

Raul C. arrived on time, reviewed with me again the scope of the work (replacement of three faulty 30+ year-old outdoor valves and the associated under surface pipe going to the pool), and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Raul got the job done sooner than expected. He removed all job related debris and thoroughly cleaned up the job site when he finished. This was the third time that I’ve hired Tucson Plumbing to work at my property and I highly recommend them.

These guys always pull through. I had a major water leak, and they were able to come out the next day to deal with it. The technician was Gabriel, and he was very considerate and helpful in resolving the issue and answering my questions. Also, during the visit, we discovered my water pressure was dangerously high. He was able to come out the very next day and fix that as well.
I have worked with Tucson Plumbing a few other times in the past and they've been consistently excellent.

Price lower by 20% than competitor. Ron coordinated with our other contractor and it was effortless on our side. We live in phoenix and that requires crystal clear communication to articulate problem, option and recommendations. I give them a solid 5 stars and have to add on they are all very customer oriented and personable. One of the techs befriended our puppy and plans in the work to grab lunch with hubby next time in town. They all went above and beyond! Called to ask about water softener system, spoke with Lisa who was very informative and helpful. Ended up having a AO Smith water softener installed by Jose. He was very friendly, on time and did a nice job of installing it where we wanted it. He answered all our questions on the unit, how to use it and how it works. Already notice a big difference in our water, he said we would see a difference in 2-3 days but we noticed it that same day. Would recommend Tucson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
