Francisco was very patient, pleasant and took all the time I needed to answer any questions I had. He did a good job of replacing my old hot water heater as well as cleaning the area before installing the new water heater. I would highly recommend him.

David Cook was sent out when I found my hot water heater leaking on a Friday night. He was able to slow the leak down, I thought it was a failed tank, it was a rusted failing nipple, he was able to tighten it enough to get us through the weekend. He showed up on Monday when he said he was available, and completed the job neatly, respectfully and professionally. My water heater was from 2004. It was time. I will also say I called them for a main line snake after hours in the past and the service was good then as well. I have tried calling smaller contractors and they never show up. These guys do.

A few months ago, we were at the park with our anxious rescue dog when he slipped away from my daughter and bolted straight toward the road. My heart sank. But instead of just driving by, a RAM Plumbing van pulled over and the gentleman inside jumped out to help us corral him safely back. That small act of kindness made a huge impression on me. I knew right then that the next time we had plumbing issues (and in our house, it’s always just a matter of time) we would be calling RAM.

Sure enough, a few weeks later we had to make that call. From the very first interaction, the service was outstanding. The technician took the time to explain everything clearly, walked us through options, and problem-solved in a way that focused on a longer-lasting, shorter-term solution, understanding the need to save for the big fix. We had a detailed quote within days and never once felt pressured or overcharged.

We used to be loyal to another company (88-Drain), but after they were bought out, the service, quality, and prices left us disappointed. RAM has been the exact opposite: honest, affordable, and genuinely invested in helping us keep our home running smoothly.

It says a lot about a company when their employees show the integrity and kindness to stop and help a child and her dog. That same integrity shines through in their work. We are so grateful to RAM Plumbing, not just for saving our dog that day but for saving our plumbing too.

Kyle was excellent. Ram was flexible with scheduling and Kyle called with advance notice of his arrival as requested. He was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely patient and helpful. We had a few plumbing issues to address and all of our issue sand questions were taken care of. We will continue to use Ram as our Tucson plumber.

David came out on a Sunday to help with some issues we were having. He was honest about what needed to be addressed right away and what could wait. I’ve used RAM Plumbing for years and have had consistently positive experiences.

Had a major plumbing problem and we had no water. They were able to make it over the same day (even tho they were fully booked) and got the repair done. Shout out to Alek - awesome job.

We were in a mess with a septic backup and had initially used a different company. They did not find the real issue which was tree roots growing in the septic line and creating blockage to the tank. I then called Jobe and Sons. desperate for help as we were unable to use any water without the potential for further backup.

Abe was our technician from Jobe, articulate, intelligent, knowledgeable, personable. Stacy the scheduler was also terrific. They were able to come identify the issue the same day we called. Great service. Highly recommend.
