Ram Plumbing/Gilbert came to repair/replace our auto fill pool valve. I was given a quote for the repair and informed a certain part had to be specially ordered; took almost a week to come in. Gilbert came back to do the actual repair work. He did not turn on the water for the auto fill valve because glue needed to dry. He told me to wait about an hour and then turn on water, which I did. When I did turn it on, water trickled out of an opening that was to allow air out. The specially ordered part needed to be reordered. All in all, Ram supplied great communication and responses. Gilbert seemed very knowledgeable and polite. I was satisfied.

Tom was great. On time and professional. Highly recommend. Jose is also very good at his job and knows what he is doing. They blasted a fiber glass liner for half the price of 3 other bids I got, went above and beyond on the jetting and milling, and when there was an issue with the liner, they corrected the issue free of charge and went above and beyond for me. Their professionalism and work ethic all stems from the strong management team they have there on the commercial side. Ryan came and assessed our situation and was clear and concise the whole way through, with top tier communication skills and a friendly, trustworthiness about him. He has trained his guys well and this company is the real deal. This may sound crazy but I’m excited to have another plumbing emergency, just so I can call these guys again!

Nik, Roman, and Allen worked hard at our home to resolve a very difficult situation...broken drain line, sewage leakage under our mobile home with VERY little clearance. They were punctual, thorough, and extremely competent, and personable. Nik has many years (over 15) of plumbing experience. We are very confident that the job was done RIGHT, exceeding our expectations...also, extremely reasonable pricing. The technician, Kyle Sorensen , who did the work was on time and very thorough and knowledgeable with the job. He went above and beyond with the job he did on resetting my toilet. He did an excellent job on removing and replacing the old pipes and installing a new clean out in the wall. I highly recommend Kyle and Ram Plumbing for all of your plumbing issues…..

Joe was very professional and was in communication with me from the start to the end of process. He was on time just like the time he told me he would arrive. He fixed the cartridge which was the problem of why I wasn’t getting hot water. He literally was in and out in less than half an hour. From the very beginning Kyle from Ram Plumbing was professional when giving the quote to completing a very complex re-plumbing of our custom home. Kyle and Dane made a great team by explaining everything they did before, during and after each step. They took care of our home as if it were theirs. It was scary to know that all the pipes were being replaced in the dry wall of a 3500 square foot house and a new trench from the road because our original line was leaking under the driveway. No matter the question from either of us, they took the time to ensure we understood the process. Their confidence gave us peace, in an otherwise stressful situation. The financing was also made simple with many options to pay for this unexpected situation. We are very thankful for everyone at Ram Plumbing and can highly recommend them!!!
Once we had the plumbing completed, it was apparent that our water softener was not working. We contacted Ram Plumbing and requested Kyle return to check it and give us a quote. He was as professional as our previous meetings and was able to get us a softener within our budget. It was installed two days later. Thank you Kyle!!

Showed up promptly, communicated when arriving, checked the project out thoroughly, provided some additional ideas for completion. Estimate arrived same day.

They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, showed up within 30 minutes of calling during after hours, highly recommend!

Crooked plumbers. My elderly dad found them in his church directory so he trusted them. The guy gave him a verbal quote for $700 for the job, then falsified his signature for $1700 to replace shower valve and cartridge. They sent an inexperienced plumber who left the work unfinished and billed my dad as though the job was complete. My dad tried calling the plumber several times to ask when he was going to finish without response. My dad was left without water for 6 days and had to bathe at a neighbors house. I telephoned RAM and spoke to Angelica and several other people to find out when they would return to finish the job. Finally on day 6 a supervisor came out completed the job and restored the water, however left the water pressure too high.

My dad telephoned me for assistance after being without water for 3 days and no response from RAM. I was outraged at the price quote of $700 and notified them we would not be paying more than $700 for the original quote. When the job was complete they said it was approximately $1700 and stated my father was quoted $1700 from the beginning, however he told me $700 which I relayed to Angelina on day 3 which she did not dispute.

I was told they would review the audio and send me copies. After not receiving the recorded audio tapes as promised I telephoned Angelica. She stated she could not send them to me as promised and admitted my dad did not sign the quote, stating there was a "scribble" there and that the quote was verbal. She told me we would receive a call from the owner, who never called to resolve this and in the meantime they somehow convinced my dad to pay them $1700.

I'm tired of these ruthless people taking advantage of elderly people, especially in the name of God. They prey on elderly people and have the nerve to advertise in the church directory. I would not trust these people. If using any service, be sure to get a signed quote and ask for a copy. If not, these people will make up a number and sign it for you.

** Follow up. The whole house was left without water for 6 days, not just the one shower. The verbal quote did not match the written quote that was supposedly signed by my dad. He did not sign it, and was told the scribble line was his signature when he paid $1700. A representative from RAM told him to his face that the scribble was his signature. My dads signature is very distinct and that certainly was not his signature. In addition, the manager agree there was a verbal agreement. If the original quote was $1700, then when I called Angelica to complain about the $700 quote being outrageous why didn't she clarify that the quote was 1700? The fact that she did not say that shows the quote was either changed later or he was being deceived the whole time with the verbal quote.
