Daniel came out to our house. He was very professional and personable. He was able to fix our issue right away. When we had another issue, I asked for him specifically. Daniel offered thoughtful ideas on what could be causing the leak beyond what others had done previously. I highly recommend Daniel at Silverado.

Eric Craven did a great job replacing our trash disposal.
He was courteous, respectful, and efficient. After an initial visit, it became clear the unit needed to be replaced, and Eric returned promptly with a new disposal and handled the installation smoothly.

Silverado Rooter and Plumbing did an outstanding job installing our new kitchen faucet. The new faucet had different sized pipes than our existing plumbing, and instead of cutting corners, they made sure everything was done correctly. They even came back twice to get the right fittings and ensure a perfect, leak-free installation.

After discovering I had a main water line leak, between the water meter and my house, I asked for a referral from a local Tucson realtor on who they would use for repairing same.

I was given Silverado Plumbing that sent out a plumber named Daniel Jordan. His work was exemplary, completing his task in a most professional manner. I could not thank him enough for his work ethic. I also think I made a new friend.

And based on my experience and that of others previously using Silverado Plumbing they are highly recommended for any of your plumbing needs.

Silverado is always spot on. They installed a water system for us first, a new gas line and tankless water heater next, and most recently repaired a leaking pipe under the house slab. Great service and fair price. Eric has been our tech and he is the best and the office staff is very responsive. Highly recommend the company and the people.

Silverado Rooter and Plumbing was terrific! First of all, they sent someone out the same day we called. The plumber they sent, Tom, was a real pro! He identified the source of the leak and got it repaired right away. He was knowledgeable, professional, and seemed like an all around nice guy. The price charged was very reasonable. Aaron, the service person who came to replace my hot water heater, was superb. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand, he was thorough, and right on time. When he was finished, he even cleaned up. I could not have asked for better service from him. Thank you, Aaron.

Service tech, Richardo, did a thorough systems check of our HVAC unit inside and out. Their estimates of cost to cure the items needing attention were in our opinion were a bit pricey but they have a good reputation.

Give them a call! I had an estimate done by rite way and was quoted 17,000 and told I had to replace all my pipes to have my water heater replaced. Alex came out gave me a fair estimate, he explained everything to me and offered to come out the next day and replace my water heater. Very professional and pleasant experience!!!! Will be referring this Cummings to family and friends!!!

Excellent service from the technician. He showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He was able to figure out that my garbage disposal was just clogged and fixed it in just a few minutes, at no charge. This was exceptional service and I will highly recommend.
