Tom and Chris arrived with smiles, professionalism, knowledge and experience. They introduced themselves and asked about the problem. After I explained the issue, they began their own diagnosis. They are fast, “Disneyland clean”and friendly. I enjoyed our conversation. Tom is my go-to plumber. He seems to enjoy his job and meeting customers.

I had Daniel out to replace a leaking inlet line on my water heater. He was on time, efficient, and the work was well done -- no more leak. Would definitely recommend Silverado.

My wife and I used both Keith and Rodney, two of Silverado’s plumbers, this week for moving-in plumbing jobs. Both were excellent;:timely, efficient, hard-working, good communicators.

Second experience: One of the plumbers we used, Rodney, just completed a second job for us, building the cage/box that covered the outside water filter system that Silverado previously installed. Again, excellent job, fairly priced, with a bit of impressive artistry added to the design.

We had an emergency and a pipe broken in our wall. We called Silverado plumbing. Tony Hall came out, fixed our problem in a timely manner and was absolutely wonderful. We will never use anyone else! Ask for Tony!!

I had a repipe done on my home this week the work was performed by Nick and Daniel. They did an outstanding job. They did the work in a timely manner and met all my expectations. They were a great crew.

Somehow I sprung a pretty big leak in my connection from street to house. Other well known companies gave me outrageous costs or digging up my driveway to replace. When I asked just to run a new line. Tearing up and replacing an expensive concrete driveway was not happening.

Their quote was fair, reasonable, and the guys were knowledgeable and pleasant.

They will be getting more work that I need done around the house that I have put off due to other unreasonable quotes.

If I need more work there really no other place I'd turn to. I highly recommend.

Silverado goes above and beyond. Last week we awoke to a main line water break under our concrete driveway, and I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and efforts to save the driveway from being torn up. Excellent plumbing company.

Bobby went above and beyond today! I just moved into a new place after having knee surgery and not only did he fix my toilet he helped my sister bring a recliner in for me as I was not able to do so. Beyond grateful for his kindness and quickness to get the job done!

I rent and so when the water heater quit, and management told me they were sending Silverado, I wasn't sure what to expect. When Keith L and Moses arrived, on time and ready to go, they went right to work. They were polite, professional and did very nice work. They didn't leave a mess or fuss about my dogs...very kind young men. I will definitely keep them in the list...right at the top!

Thank you guys for saving me today. My bathtub had a funky water back up from a clog down the line somewhere. The woman called me at 8am sharp to schedule after I alerted my property manager of the emergency. They said between 10 and 2 and the Service Tech Warren called me and kept me updated as he was at a previous job that was in progress. And again when he was 10 minutes out. He was awesome. Polite, efficient and best of all he fixed the issue and I can have piece of mind and not feel stressed out. Thank you Warren and thank you silverado for the great job!

We had a report that there may be a leak at the base of our toilet at our rental condo. Tom was able to come meet up with us and discuss the issue and give us his best assessment. Silverado could have recommended repair and made money off of us, but evidence of leakage just wasn't there and we decided it was false information. Tom was on time, very helpful and didn't opt for needless repairs that would cost us money. Deep respect for any company or representative that doesn't just try and make money a priority. Will use them for future issues.

Eric did an excellent job installing our Culligan water softener tank. He also took extra time to check the status of water in our kitchen sink and refrigerator. Professional and friendly service.

Excellent installation experience from your team! Eric Craven called in advance and provided an eta. Upon arrival, he explained the process, reviewed the components with me and, as the process moved forward, gave me an update. When completed, he once again detailed the system. They cleaned up the work area and, just like that, they were off to install another system. Five Stars!

We've had these guys over countless amounts of times doing repairs on our new home, which ended up being much more of a fixer-upper than we bargained for. Replacing a water heater, installing a new faucet, leaky toilet tanks, new shower valve . . .

Service is quick, often times they've been able to come same-day, and if not then just a couple days later. Also appreciate that they're open on the weekends, makes it much easier than having to squeeze in home repairs around our work schedules.

These guys are super knowledgeable, with decades of experience- off the top of my head we've had Kevin and Tom come on several occasions. Kevin's a riot- he had us laughing so hard, chattin while patching up a leaky p-trap and installing a new faucet. And Tom did a great job replacing our shower valve for far less time and cost than we had expected.

Would recommend for an excellent plumbing service in Tucson.

Jeremy and his team are wonderful! This is a very well run company, with highly skilled, professional plumbers. They explain and show you what they are doing and give you options if you need a plumbing repair. I am very happy with the service I received.

I recommend this company. Daniel and Warren came swapped out my Water heater. They did a great job. Water runs hot again. No leaks. They cleaned up afterwards. Like they were never there.
