We hired Imperial Plumbing to replace our broken water main. They were professional and courteous at every step of the process. They worked into the dark to run a temp line so that we would have water overnight, which was much appreciated. Their work was excellent and we felt they went above and beyond. Their work was completed as originally quoted, in the discussed time frame, and at a reasonable price. I recommend them highly.

Austin did an amazing job ! I had a major plumbing issue to deal with, roots and more roots intruding my pipes. Austin was super patient, knowledgable and efficient. He also kept a great attitude , it helped a bad experience feel a lot better. I trust the work he did. I recommend him and this company for any future work. Thanks again!

Our garbage disposal was leaking everywhere and needed replacement. When I say Elias diagnosed and replaced this thing in under 30 minutes, I mean UNDER 30 MINUTES. Extremely nice and professional, highly recommend to anyone.

Silverado Rooter & Plumbing is the way to go. I have a Bradford White water heater that was acting up. It was still under warranty, but I needed someone to replace the gas valve and pilot assembly. I had two other plumbing services in town look at this issue and give me a quote that was 3 times what Silverado charged.

Tom and Rob were the technicians and did an exceptional job. Polite, professional, and completed the work quickly. There's no question who I'll reach out to in the future for plumbing work.

Eric has always provided excellent service. When my water softener was leaking he came out same day and diagnosed the problem, he worked with the device manufacturer to get it fixed later that afternoon. I have always been extremely impressed with Silverado and would not look anywhere else for any plumbing services.

Do NOT use this company, the plumber came into our house and broke our sink than told us the sink was leaking. They lied to our rental management and told them they fixed a toilet issue and they did not. This is a dishonest company, the plumber also smelled like smoke and stunk up my foyer. Do NOT use them!

Daniel Jordan came out on a Saturday to assist me with a water heater problem. He is a big man and all his strength was needed to take the dip tub out of the water heater. We put in a new tube, but that did not resolve the problem. Further investigation led us to determine that the jumper wires on the timber had installed were not well connected. Daniel and I both learn some lessons. Great service, friendly and polite man. Our HOA used this firm to fix leaks in the water mains in our private streets. Hourly rates for this firm are reasonable ($150.)

David Driggers was the technician who cleaned out the tree roots that had grown into the toilet in my bathroom. David was quick, efficient, neat, and clean. David deserves an A+ for his work. Thanks, David. You did a great job!

Toni is a great lady and representative of Silverado Plumbing. If you need back flow testing or commercial plumbing, they are the best in town and do a lot for the community.

Elias came and fixed the clogged drain in our kitchen sink. He was very professional, showed us what he was doing, and explained what was causing the issue. He was very nice and did a great job!

Silverado plumbing responded very quickly to our plumbing emergency earlier this week. A very old pipe behind the toilet broke and water was literally shooting out of the wall. Tom to the rescue! He got the problem taken care of in no time, a great plumber and a true gentleman! Two thumbs waaaaay up!

Silverado installed a water softener system replacing an inexpensive 'antique' which was non-functioning. They straightened out some sketchy existing plumbing, hauled away the old unit and were quick, friendly, clean and professional. Excellent job!
