I have very explicit expectations when hiring a business to do work for me. This particular job was rather involved...replacing old AC unit and furnace. I expect workers to be respectful of my property, to not damage anything, to do the job correctly, and to clean up any messes associated with the work. I felt confident enough with the Cummings workers to leave them alone while I went out to lunch with a friend. All work was done quickly and correctly. Everything works as it should with the new equipment. A big bonus with this job was the pleasantness of the workers. I would recommend Cummings Heating Cooling to anyone needing such work. This was a positive experience.

Jeremy provided me with the best quality of service, replacing problematic flare fittings with brazed connections, checked my electrical connections, and ensured the Amazon purchased mini split components worked great.

I have worked with Chris before and was impresses with his willingness to help, the information he provided and friendliness. When we discovered a sewer issue in the neighborhood we called Cummings because we trusted them. We were very impressed with the crew that came out the next day. Fixed what could have been a very big issue in the future. Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. We would recommend them in the future.

Not a young man of many words except he did say 'gotcha' a few times 😁 Excellent service. Took him less than a minute to find the problem with my stuck disposal grinding plate. I did research how to communicate about the service issue online though before he arrived. That helps the plumber a lot. All the 5 star reviews are true about this company.

Chris was excellent. He was able to diagnose and get my gas fireplace working and it only took a few minutes. Chris also installed my water heater a little over a year ago. He is knowledgeable and professional. I will be needing a couple of other plumbing projects done in the coming months and will be asking specifically for Chris.

Earlier this year I had polybutylene pipes replaced by Cummings and was very impressed bye the excellent service that begins from the top down. Jake is one of the most responsive CEO's ever! Ever since then, if I have a concern I call his number and get through quickly. Recently I needed to do this he immediately sent out one of his most trusted job managers, Jesse Aranda. Time promised and time arrived were precise. No waiting and wondering. Jesse was professional and eased my concerns. I'm happy to be part of the Cummings "family" of customers.

Ezequiel and Jesus did top notch work with replacing the main service line to my house. They were both professional, honest, and friendly. I couldn't be happier with results, and the price was good and fair!

Cummings replaced a large portion of the plumbing of our old solar hot water heater. After giving us a few quotes for different options of replacing or removing our solar system they decided to fix our system for no charge because we had them do a very expensive re-piping of our whole house. Two gentlemen arrived the next morning and worked for about three hours replacing the old valve and copper piping.

Jake, our estimating technician, was communicative and helpful in providing an estimate for us on the same day we called. He was very responsive. We compared estimates from other firms before deciding on Cummings to fix a water leak within the walls. Adan was extremely serious professional, and knowledgeable. He investigated the cause of our leak despite the fact that it was not really easy to determine at first. He arrived back at our house when he said he would. He didn’t make small talk or joke around, but instead explained in simple terms how the leak happened, showed us the fittings, explained materials, shared the process, spent the time to fix the plumbing correctly, and then even re-explained things if I asked. He shared some of his career work experience with us, which provided some reassurance. We have been pleased with the responsiveness and quality of workmanship. It’s very stressful to try and figure out if the work in our home has been done well, but Cummings has provided the attention and time needed to get the job done right. Adan even came back to help us with an irrigation issue we thought was related to the original plumbing job. Thank you.

We recently had Cummings install 2 new heatpumps. One unit had a part issue and when we called they were out the next day to take care of it. It did take a couple of days as a new part was ordered but they were all great service people and even the office staff are courteous and helpful. Highly recommend

I have a lot of good faith in Tucson and local companies that service or home and vehicles. Cummings Plumbing and Heating stand superior in service from the first call for an appointment, then you receive a very polite well dressed Technician. Julian inspected our water heater and provided a free estimate he then was able to replace piping, drip pan and install a beautiful new water heater in the same day!!! All of the work was done two days prior to a Major Holliday !!! The warranty and pricing for materials were very reasonable, I would highly recommend Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

Blaise was amazing and very knowledgeable when it came to my plumbing issue. He was thorough and made sure that any issues I had was resolved. I will definitely utilize him in the future. Hopefully I won’t need him but, I will definitely refer him to everyone!

Our garbage disposal became plugged up late in the afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving. Cummings was able to schedule us for later that day, but the tech, Alex G., arrived over an hour earlier, which was great. He took care of everything and was extremely courteous. This was the first time we had used Cummings for any type of work, but would highly recommend them and happily use them again.

Cummings has ALWAYS been professional and knowledgeable with all my plumbing issues. The guys are respectful and accommodating, very pleasant to deal with. Thank you all for helping me out, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Cummings' modification of my bathroom tub into a shower turned out very well. My physically challenged husband can now sit on seat to take a shower. He is a "happy camper". Our thanks all the Cummings staff that had a hand in this project. Especially, Jesse, the manager for his attention to our needs in coordinating the project.

Jake came out and gave us an estimate. He explained options, answered all my wife and my questions honestly explaining all the holes that would be required to totally repipe our water pipes and the time required 10-14 Days, and exactly what would be done. The repiping was done primarily by Eddie and Axel and some other help.They did a great job explaining everything as they went letting us know where they would be working and when water would be turned off. George and his crew did a great job from the initial prepping of the floor to the repairing all 60+ holes in the walls and ceiling with the wall board and mudding and texturing of the above. We also had 2 water heaters installed.They all went above and beyond to make a major repiping project go smoothly with as little disturbance to us. We would definitely recommend Cummings to anyone needing plumbing. Also Jimmy from electrical explained the new electrical requirements for installing the new water heaters. Cummings plumbing has always done a great job for me whenever my plumbing needs to be repaired. They are the company that I call. They have done a lot of work for me over the years and I am always treated with respect courtesy and the job is done.

Full points to Vincent who was very helpful in going over everything we needed done for our repiping and was patient when I called back with more questions. We're into the second day of work and things are going just as he described.
Update: Everything is done and all went well. Having your house repiped is a harrowing experience but everyone was very helpful in helping us survive (thank you Daniel et. al.). One minor glitch (a noisy surge arrestor) was fixed immediately no questions asked. Thanks again.
