Ram installed our whole-house filtration system including a reverse osmosis system at our kitchen sink. It’s been nearly year in use and we couldn’t be more pleased with its performance and Ram’s customer service.

Kyle indicated that our recirculating hot water system is functioning, and if we wanted a more efficient system with almost instantaneous hot water, we should install a relatively inexpensive under sink, recirculating system, which we will do.

Had an outside 1/2in copper elbow burst while is at work (probably overnight freeze). Wife called, they came fast. Thanks for that. They then proceeded to try and fleece my wife. He quoted her $300-500. What? I literally came home and fixed it for $1.59 copper elbow at ace hardware and 10 minutes of work. Criminals and disgraceful.

I woke up to low pressure and it turned out something burst in my yard. Within 10 minutes of calling, they came out and had my water shut off properly. Later that morning had a temporary line put in so me and my son would have water. They were very kind and efficient!! Top notch service!!
Update: My plumbing from the street to my house was fixed very quickly, the staff from Ram plumbing were kind efficient and put my yard back and it looked like no work had been done!! Very pleased with the service.

I have worked with Ram at my place of business and I have them service my home which says a lot. Ram does a great job. Super professional from the bid to job competition. Fair and accurate pricing. The plumbers, Tommy and Jose, did the lining work at my home and did a great job. Solid work, constant clear and concise communication. Icing on the cake... work area is clean as a whistle when they left. Say "Yes" to Ram!

We had a kitchen sink not draining, no amount of liquid products would fix.
Soo had to succumb to a plumber, they discovered that previous plumbers never cleaned the proper pipes for the 20 years we used them.
RAM Plumber ‘ Tom ’ had to heat the pipes brass cap off to cut it away so he could properly do an auger into the pipes.
He did a stellar job, fixed the toilet and bathroom drain quite quickly but the kitchen sink was a challenge.
We will use them to come back to do a ‘jetting’ of our pipes
Tom was very erudite about explaining what was happening and how he was fixing things. RAM found a really great and experienced plumber that we highly recommend!

Cisco was the best person who has ever worked in our house! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and through. I cant believe the amount of work he did and how he left our bathroom so clean just like nothing had ever happened. I would reccomend Cisco to everyone. Why dont you have his picture to pick from?

We had a great experience with RAM plumbing! We realized our washer drain was clogged on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get a technician out to take care of it before the end of the day. I would definitely recommend them to others!
