There were several technicians involved in various aspects of the project. Everyone was professional, commicated well and were extremely pleasant to deal with. The work was excellent. Cummings was recommended to us by oir neighbor. We had an emergency with our water heater in Sunday morning. Cumming's representing came on time and had our water heater replaced so we were not without hot water. Luis was curtious, efficient, and clean. We appreciated his service.

My specific technician, Chris, was outstanding thorough and meticulous. I’m not completely sold on the company yet. I feel the “salesman” did t do his due diligence before making recommendations. They have been out to fix their work multiple times. Although at no cost to me, the frequency is a bit disappointing. Not the techs though, they’ve been doing a great job

So my AC and water heater went on the fritz, some other issues with outlets and lights as well. I had TEP come by the day before to tell me everything was fine and left. My problems were still ongoing. I looked up a local electrician company on Google Cummings had good reviews. So I set an appointment late in the evening. They responded within 12 hours. Kris and Jimmy, two of their electricians were able to solve my electrical issues in under 20 minutes. I had a blown main breaker that burnt/damaged the neutral bust bar slightly. Resulting in low voltage issues causing my problems. They had it swapped out in 10 minutes. It fixed all the low voltage issues with my home. Highly recommend these guys

The Cummings team (Daniel, Taylor & Max) that did the installation were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. They knew exactly what needed to be done, and when. And their work was wonderfully coordinated and efficient. They also installed water treatment devices to replace the salt based water softener.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I have nothing but the highest praise for all of the people who worked on my significant project.

I purchased and had the company install four separate systems: a tankless hot water heater, a water filtration system for the entire premise, a special, secondary filtration system installed under the kitchen sink for the highest grade drinking water, and a leak detection system on the outside wall. The filtration system required a new water line be trenched to the premise, and that the premise itself be re-piped.

I planned this with my sales rep, Chris Kemp over about six weeks. I seldom have worked with a rep of this caliber, a man who had persuasively factual answers to all my many questions. This safety net of specific answers is what allowed me to green light this project.

I decided to travel during the installation and re-piping process. When I returned, all was in great order. The team repiped with such finesse I had a difficult time discerning where they even went into my walls! Nor was it easy to discern just where they trenched and filled back in on the outside. They took exceptional care of my property with a minimum disruption to my immediate neighbors in the casita complex.

I am more than impressed. I am now their client for life. I believe that if you utilize their services, you will be too. I endorse them for another reason as well. The leak detection system was the only system not working when I returned. My sales rep worked with the manufacturer over about two weeks. Eventually, the system was replaced so that the problem was solved. Cummings will stick with you if there is a problem. They stay on it.

They are committed, committed both as plumbers and electricians. Ultimately, they are committed to your satisfaction.

We were shocked to find water flowing in the floor next to our kitchen island at 3:00 in the afternoon. We put in an emergency call to Cummings Plumbing. They sent Chris immediately and he discovered the seriousness of the water and diagnosed mold from under a kitchen sink. He discovered the split in the pipe and told us that the piping we had was faulty.
The next day David arrived and we replaced the piping in the entire house. David was a pleasure to work with as he cut 34 holes in Sheetrock while he threaded new piping. Upon completion of the new piping Cumming’s sent Daniel to repair the Sheetrock. It has been five weeks and slowly we are getting our house back to normal.

Good experience! Byron did a great job of keeping me informed with what was happening and able to meet the tight schedule. They are a bit pricey but each service they have tackled from the emergency call out and repair to the final total house re-plumb has been a great success. They did great work!

Mani did a great job diagnosing our tankless water heater issue! He is very knowledgeable and very willing to educate his customers. He answered endless questions for us and then set about putting our tankless water heater in order. He also installed new interior parts for three bathroom sink faucets which stopped and prevented silent leaking inside the cabinets underneath. We highly recommend him!

I am shocked, appalled, and dismayed with this company. They sent somebody over who lied to us and kept coming back telling us it was going to be more money, convinced us to get on their service plan, that I can’t get out of and tried to scam us out of almost $20,000. Luckily we were smart enough to get a second opinion and thanks to him we were able to save that money. Found out that the person that came is no longer working for the company and all we got was a shotty apology. No attempts to fix this, no attempt to try to make this better in any way and just nothing. I expected more from such a reputable company. Please stay as far away as you can from this company and save yourself the hassle and money. Definitely do not do their Membership plan. You’re already paying $30 a month and then when they don’t do anything to help you, there is $175 fee just to break out of the contract. Mm

Edit: they did reach out and offered us out of the contract which is greatly appreciated. I'm still not happy that it went this far, but they deserve a lot of credit for that.

What a great company representative! Showed up on time, polite, thorough, a very good communicator that had a solid technical background. Matt came out to put together ideas for HVAC upgrades to our home. I had a career in the construction world and Matt does a great job listening and presenting options that are easily understood. My wife and I were very impressed and we felt very comfortable in our conversations with Matt.

I was quite satisfied with the service I received from Cummings Plumbing when my kitty faucet broke. The person who took my call was pleasant and efficient. They got someone to help quickly which was important as I was without a working kitchen sink. The plumbing repair person, Kyriakos Markou, did a great job. He was professional and personable. He explained everything and assisted me to make the choices which were best for me without pressure. The job was done correctly and quickly. My kitchen was actually left cleaner than it was beforehand.

My HVAC system stopped working. Cummings was at my home within a half a day of my call and the repair was complete within 45 minutes. The service tech, jesse, did a great job! He's a nice guy too!

Jake scheduled our job after explaining what was needed and how the work was to be performed and got us scheduled quickly. David & Peter went thru all of the details that were needed to do the work and adjusted his work to satisfy our needs and wishes where he could. Great job all around. A bit of a schedule hiccup getting the drywall started. Jesse did a fine job.
A call back is needed for a minor detail and is to be scheduled at a later date,

My second experience with this company sucked. A simple clog turned into a repipe sale and wound up contaminating the property with feces, toilet paper, and sewer water. The technician, Kyri Markos didn't do anything to address my problem except to do an inspection and show me other problems under the house. He was more interested in selling me a repipe job rather than doing anything about the original problem, saying the clog was the responsibility of the to park. He did call the park office and tell them of the clog I called Cummings about originally. Rather than negotiating with the park to do the job at their experience, he postponed the unclog to the next day when the repipe job was to be done. In the mean time the waste from houses sharing the sewer line uphill from my house drained into into my yard when he left the access hole uncapped.
Gratefully, the park office reacted to the situation and sent another plumber who snaked out the clogged pipe and cleared the clog. The next morning a park staff worker came and did a great job cleaning up the aftermath of the sewage spill.

Under the antique heater, in the garage, under the house foundation with post tension cables sewer repair is never a diagnosis you want to hear.
Cummings knocked it out of the park. Five days, in and out.
From extraction of old hvac, Penhall survey of post tension cables, coring the foundation, the dig, the repair, the backfill, recementing of the foundation, and installation of new hvac system. Faster than I expected, excellent work, and the clean up was impeccable.
