Roman with Pride Mechanical did an extremely thorough inspection of our heating system and offered several items to pay attention to in the coming 6-12 months. Our inspection was part our maintenance agreement with Pride.

I wanted to convey my immense gratitude to Johnny Lopez who came to service my A/C/ unit. He was quick and very thorough. He informed me that my capacitor needed to be replaced because it my compressor was drawing too many amps. He showed me the reading. Once the capacitor was replaced, my compressor was a lot quieter and it made a difference in the cooling inside my house. He was great and very honest with me.

Johnny R. came out to access why my screen for ac unit was going blank. He corrected the safety shut off valve and pump to allow the water to flow correctly. He ensured valve was dry and unit operable. He answered some other questions I had about the unit. He checked and replaced my filter, plus provided me with a couple more. He put his booties on when he arrived at my door, very pleasant and professional demeanor. He was in and out in an hour. So happy he got me up and running. Great job!

Roman took great photos to back up his explanation of findings, which I really appreciated. I know more about my system now, and knowledge is empowering!

Johnny Guerrero was Fantastic! He installed a UVC & UVV air filter system on our HVAC. He was very friendly and professional. Explained how to clean and care for unit. Crew was very professional and considerate of the homeowner while replacing our entire AC/heating unit. This included the outside condenser and air handler in the attic. David came to my 98 year old mom and replaced a capacitor for her a/c. Her house was rather warm at 84 degrees. He was super nice, noticed what was wrong right away, patient and thorough. She and I were very happy. We'll request him for our fall furnace checkup.

Been with Pride Mechanical for 7 years. Always on time and call before they arrive. This visit he was checking heating and airducts and explained what he was doing and was very careful to answer all questions. We have a contract for them to check our airconditioner that they put in 3 years ago and our furnace/heater they put in at the same time. Contract service annually twice a year.

Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out things on my furnace that I had forgotten what they were for. He did this first service inspection on my new furnace and A/C.

Hunter was more thorough than any previous annual HVAC maintenance inspections I've had in the past. Very knowledgeable and happy to explain anything I had questions on. Awesome service.
