Extremely pleased with Dependable Roofing and their Director of Operations Chaz Montgomery who handled our project. Right from the initial visit it was straightforward in all aspects. A quick estimate of costs and explanation of what to expect with each step. I had done enough work to know it was a very fair price and was pleased with the materials that were to be used. I had a tight timeframe due to obligations in the future and Chaz managed to work us in just in time. The process went smoothly. The crews were professional and hard working. I should mention we had solar which I knew added expense and time. This part of the job was done by a third party but was arranged and included in the bid. From research I knew it was a very fair price. All in all would highly recommend this company and suggest you give them a call if you need work done on your tile roof

The Dependable Team was the very first call to get us a quote and Danielle could get to use quickly. Most other companies never called back or never came out. I felt like they really cared about us and our roofing needs. Chaz was great to work with and made sure everything was done correctly.
He also made some suggestions to help our roof look great.
The Dependable Team completed the job in less than 2 days. Very punctual and professional.
They worked hard and was great as a team. The did a fantastic job from start to finish. The Cleaning up crew had to work extra hard as the old paper went everywhere.

Dependable Roofing replaced the underlayment of our roof after a leak was discovered. The entire job was completed in 4 days. Chaz, and his crew were professional and worked diligently to ensure the roof was watertight during the monsoon season. The crew cleaned up the site everyday to ensure that no mess was left behind.

This company is the best I have EVER seen! Chas and his company are not only very professional but friendly, efficient and hard working. They came very early in the morning and left after 6 at night. They made sure everything was clean when they left and left nothing undone! Hardest working crew I have ever seen. I can't say enough good things about their work. The awning they replaced is perfect and my roof is great! I have previously had my roof repaired and replaced but never as well done as this time! 5 stars aren't enough. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

A few months ago, we had a leak and they were out the very next day! Danielle stayed in touch and checked in after every rainfall to make sure everything was holding up. When I noticed another small leak a couple weeks ago, again — they were out the next day. That level of consistency and follow-through is rare.

A realtor friend said she highly recommends this company to all her friends and clients not only because of their reasonable rates but also because of the quality of their work and materials they use. I followed her advice and was pleasantly surprised with the low priced bid for our huge roof with its troublesome long and shallow valley separating the house and garage. There were two leaks impossible to fix in the valley without removing two layers of existing shingles. They removed both layers and found several rotten spots in the deck along with design problems in the valley. All issues were properly addressed ending our leak worries for many years. We love our new roof. I also received a long-term written warranty that can be transferred in case we sell our home. The owners, Chaz and Danielle are personable and very helpful. After a recent storm and high winds caused our tree in our front yard to damaged several shingles on our roof, we called Dependable Roofing & Solar Cleaning, and I'm so glad we did. From the start, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
They came out quickly to assess the damage and clearly explained what needed to be done. The team repaired the front shingles efficiently and matched the new tiles seamlessly with the existing roof. You'd never know there had been any damage.
