I have used them for years. They are always helpful. Cleaning up after a huge job of trimming trees is immaculate. Helpful advise for ailing trees. Fertilizing is a specialty results in heathy plants.

I signed a contract that stated to trim my mesquite tree, which they did a lovely job with the, exception of leaving three medium size branches on the ground which I had to dispose of. My real issue is, they were supposed to trim off 4 branches of my large ocotillo ( as stated in contract). They cut the entire top of my large ocotillo leaving as a 5-6 foot mess. The neighbors wondered why that was done to this otherwise healthy cactus. I mentioned it to the manager twice by email and have not even received a response or apology. Diane Gulczynski, Tucson

Bartlett Tree Experts did a fabulous job of removing a giant Eucalyptus tree adjacent to our home. The team of Kevin, Sam and Emelio was first rate. Kevin's 19 years of tree experience was clearly evident. Amazing team and expertise. We're lucky to have Bartlett available to us locally.

These folks have taken care of some beautiful large old trees over a period of years and the trees are doing fabulously in their care. Also they restored a large mulberry that had been "hat-racked". These folks are smart, knowledgeable and truly understand trees. It's always a pleasure to talk to them and learn more about the trees. And they're great to work with-- personable, respectful, and dependable. They think about the particular circumstances of the trees and the customer, and they are artists when they prune.

Ethan, Evan, and James were fantastic. Very friendly and professional, got the job done quick and at a fair price. Could not recommend them more.

We appreciated the sound advice of the arborist, and the expertise, efficiency and pleasant demeanor of the hardworking crew. The crew made the heartbreaking experience of losing a beloved uprooted tree much easier to handle by the careful professional way they tackled their assignment. The procedure was fascinating (though emotionally painful) to watch and we were left with a meticulously clean property and a vacant spot ready to receive a new tree plant.

They were here after our request to Saddlebrooke HOA1 to trim a mesquite tree with a lot of dead branches and overhang right outside our back wall. Not only did they do a fantastic job getting rid of unwanted parts of the tree the result did not destroy the aesthetic integrity of the tree. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.

James from Bartlett visited my home last week. James was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, and proposed numerous clear solutions for the issues we had discussed.

I was impressed with the representative who came by to give me an estimate. He not only reviewed the trees I needed removed, but all my trees. His knowledge about trees and what I needed to do to insure healthy trees was excellent information. Then I received a detailed proposal which broke down cost. Naturally, I hired them and the work they did was professional and the mesquite wood they stacked for my fireplace was as promised. I was not expecting such a tidy clean up and they were efficient, professional. I will use them again.

They removed 2 trees for us. One in back yard, and one in front yard. They recently planted a fruit less olive tree in our front yard. Dealing with Dylan, the tree whisper is wonderful. He is such a smart, and pleasant person. Company experience is 100% professional work being performed. Highly recommend.

We were very lucky to get him as our arborist for our recent project with the trees in our yard.

Besides being very friendly and professional, he genuinely cares about trees and is very eager to answer questions and share knowledge.

We discussed all our concerns and he gave us quite a few options. It was important to us to preserve tree health while removing dead branches and pulling the tree back from a neighbors yard as well as addressing wind loading.

Seth was able to show us with a laser pointer which branches we could remove and why we should consider different options, each one with respect to both tree impacts and addressing concerns.

It was very important to us to know about tree stability and overall health. He showed us features of the roots and shape and branches on both trees and what issues the trees could have and if there were any signs.

We agreed to the proposal and he and his crew showed up on time and willing to talk to our neighbor and HOA as well. They answered all questions and made sure what we wanted, then climbed the trees and went to work. We had them go even further to keep it further confined to our yard. After they did a nice job of cleaning.

Seth, who is an ISA licensed arborist with a degree, communicated many times by phone and email throughout this and remained very professional, friendly and, we felt went above and beyond. He was a true champion for our trees.

Bartlett isn't cheap but we very much got our money's worth and definitely got the benefit of someone who knows trees rather than a landscaper just ready to slash and leave stubs and unhealthy wounds.

The HOAs arborist inspected after and praised the work as well, saying how what was done was appropriate and would lead to good future growth.

We are extremely happy with Seth and Bartlett.

Excellent job performed by all employees. I am extremely pleased with the tree trimming and cable installation. The guys were very professional and respectful. They trimmed all day on 1 major and 2 smaller trees in my yard. They thinned and shaped appropriately and asked permission before taking a major limb on my mesquite tree. James, the arborist advised me on treatment and a watering schedule for a couple large junipers in need of attention. He came to the house at the start of the pruning day to provide instruction and checked in mid day on the progress. Travis, the safety officer spent a couple hours supervising during the cable installation. Special soil fertilization and mite treatment was preformed with the same professionalism. I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts for you homes.

We called for them to prune broken branches lodged in our huge mesquite tree. Monsoon microbursts caused the damage. I thought they would use a basket for the workers to create quality precision pruning cuts, but the workers used the pole with the saw to get the dead limbs free. We have that tool and could have done that ourselves.... but a thousand bucks later the tree looks nothing like we expected given the price. Still has that monsoon ravaged look. Lesson learned. They were very nice folks. We didn't complain about it to them or demand redo. We just decided to never hire them again.

We needed some guidance on several of our trees. James came out and spent a lot of time with us walking around our yards and answering a ton of questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We were so impressed, we signed up for the fertilization service for our citrus trees. Conor came out to provide this service and answered our second bazillion set of questions. He was also wonderful. I can't recommend this company highly enough. They are really good at what they do and are enormously knowledgeable.

Bartlett Tree Experts have been a joy to work with. From our first meeting to assess our yard and concerns, they demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise. We came up with a great plan working together that would fit our timeline and our budget for what we wanted to accomplish. I appreciated the variety of options and price points that they offered without any pressure whatsoever to pursue further work. Their administrative staff and crew are always so receptive and attentive to any of our requests or concerns and have kept us informed as to when and how any work will be conducted. They were very willing to not only work around our schedule but also our neighborhood trash and recycling days so as not to interfere with our or our neighbors trash service in any way. . I have been impressed with their interoffice communication between administration and crews in relaying any of our needs. Crews are very respectful of parking and property and very efficient in their work. They are truly an impressive service that offers fantastic service. I am sure there are other arborists in town that might offer cheaper prices, but I have also heard the horror stories from friends and neighbors that have had their yards ruined by inexperienced or bargain businesses. With Bartlett, you will get expertise and experience and fantastic customer service, for which we are very willing to pay for. Our trees are a huge investment and really add to our property value and so we feel they deserve the best with Bartlett Tree Experts.

Seth and his crew, Jeremy, Renee and Connor are amazing. They trimmed up our damaged 60 ft pepper tree. They are true professionals.

Bartlett does not have their good reputation by accident. The staff are all so competent. They don't over-sell either. The only recommend treatments that are really needed. They may not be the cheapest in town but my trees look better since they have taken over trimming, 2 years ago. I think the arborist representatives are assigned by region, but if you can get Greg Doherty, do so.

The entire team from James, the crew who took care of our tree and the office staff were great. They even discovered a bee swarm in the tree the first time they came to trim. They explained how long it usually takes for them to leave and came back as soon as they were gone. They thinned and pruned the tree looks great and they left the yard nice and neat. Great job!!!!

I needed to hire a tree company to remove a massive tree stump. It was inches from a carport, a few feet from a block wall, and was much taller than my house.

I hired Bartlett for the job and didn’t regret the choice a bit. I had a cheaper bid, but had no confidence in that company at all. It was worth a few extra bucks to make sure my roof and wall would be fine.

From start to finish I have been thrilled! They sent an arborist to do the estimate. He was great and I immediately felt confident this company could and would do a great job.

I have a very large eucalyptus tree that had me concerned with the upcoming monsoon season. It borders our neighbors driveway and ours. I was concerned that a strong wind could topple the tree and cause damage to our vehicles.

A call to Bartlett and our concerns were addressed. Seth arrived and took a look at the tree and gave recommendations on how to save it and minimize the risk of wind damage. It was decided to lower the height, thin the canopy, and place a cable between the two major trunks of the tree. I received a comprehensive quote from Seth just a couple of hours after he left. As an added benefit, Seth also examined other trees on our property and assured us they were healthy.

I scheduled the work for early in the morning. Ethan and Angel arrived in a massive boom truck and quickly went to work. They had no doubts about what needed to be done. They worked quickly and efficiently and when they were done, they cleaned up the mess.

All the employees we interfaced with were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. It was a pleasure working with them. We'll recommend Bartlett to others, and we'll contact them again when the tree needs a touch up.
