Leon and his crew remove a tree from our front yard and cleaned up our palm trees. He also shared his knowledge on trees which is helpful for us on how to take care of them. Our mesquite tree needed to go as it is growing it’s roots to the concrete pad on the walkway and heading to the foundation. We needed it gone before it creates damage.
They came on time and cleaned up the area where they worked on. Everyone is professional and their work is excellent. Affordable and efficient. 5 stars.

Bartlett recently did major work on a mature eucalyptus tree in our backyard. They have been excellent in planting and performance of the work and we highly recommend using them.

The spring/summer of 2025 hit my area with 3 bug infestations to flowering trees and bushes. Strong Insecticides killed the infestations but also caused shock to plants, basically causing them to stop blooming and drop leaves. Contacted Bartlett to see what could be done. Only 2 plant suplemental ground feedings so far are bringing back 3 Desert Willows and several flowering bushes to a road of recovery in spring and summer 2026. Without Bartlett Tree Experts, I would have made the mistake of cutting down and removing these 8 bushes and 3 trees. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and at reasonable prices.

Here's my story: The first time I called them was around 9 am. I called from my work phone and gave my work number as the call-back, expecting a return call within an hour or two. My call was not returned until I had left work, sometime after 4 pm. They left me a message. So, the following day, I tried to call them back 3 more times at different times throughout the day. Each time the phone was answer by the same recording. I did not leave a message. I was hoping that one of the times the phone would be answered by a live person. Meanwhile, as I was trying to reach them, they did not call me back. I guess, on their end, good customer service means only trying to reach a potential customer once.
