Very pleased with their service. I had them remove an Acacia and trim a Mesquite that had "gone wild". You could never tell the Acacia was there, and the Mesquite looks great. They did a great clean-up job as well. Will definitely use their services again.

Eric and his crew were the hardest working people I have ever seen. They showed up early,were friendly,and worked as a team. They expertly removed an ancient and huge eucalyptus that was hanging over homes and power wires. The whole neighborhood was amazed and impressed with these hard working men. I called to have 4 very large and overgrown palms trimmed and skinned and one very HUGE saguaro removed, and I can honestly say I am so, so, very happy with the service, at such a great price too! All of the men were very kind and professional , Eric was very good at communicating and getting the job done quickly and done well. They even cleaned my pool out as best as they could! I could not be happier.

Five trees on my property needed major maintenance. I called in the morning and my message was returned by Yvette that same afternoon. She listened to my needs, offered helpful advice, and set a date for Jim to look over the property and provide an estimate, which was competitive. The crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon date and had the job done efficiently with excellent cleanup at the exact price quoted. The owners and workers are professional as well as personable. Highly recommended.

The crew arrived on time. They were all professional, friendly and did a great job trimming my really overgrown trees. The trees look wonderful and the crew left my yard cleaner than they found it, all for a fair price. I will definitely use this company again when I'm in need of tree trimming or tree removal.

I don't really do reviews, but these guys did such a good job and were so nice, I simply had to.

We live in Winterhaven and one of the giant Aleppo pines was getting really shaggy with old, dead branches. They did a super job cleaning all that out and making that tree look great even though a lot of those dead branches were really high up.

We also had them trim a few other of our trees and they all came out looking as good something you'd see in a better-homes-and-gardens like magazine. :D

They also took out an old juniper that was getting eaten by termites. It was really close to a brick wall, but they were still able to grind the stump and smooth the ground so well that you'd literally never guess that there had been a tree there.

Good people who did good work. I would definitely recommend them!

Good professional crew and decent pricing. They trimmed many Mesquite trees and then treated them for borers.
They came out with a good size crew, got the job done, and picked up all of the wood.

We had three trees pruned by Branching Out. Two trees were fine, but one mesquite was excessively pruned, even after the crew was instructed regarding our wishes. We feel that the appearance of our back yard was greatly diminished as a result. Also, there was quite a mess left for us to clean up including oil splatters from their tools found on pavers, plants and sidewalks, and our decorative metal gate was scratched to the point that we are going to have to repaint it. While the crew was courteous and the owner did offer an apology and $200 back, we would not recommend this company.

The great pro team from Branching Out not only did a great job for us removing one large tree from a steep and tricky situation between two houses (hanging over two roofs) and also pruning our gigantic mesquite out of the powerlines, but they did it in record time. The team was well-trained and supervised, courteous, good listeners, careful with surrounding plants, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. We'll never hire anyone else to do our trees---absolutely top-notch!

I asked them to come out and quote to trim and skin my palm trees. The bid said $485 to trim 4 palms and do not skin. I called, they added $600 to skin only one tree. I was really disappointed, I am new to Arizona and read that to keep my palm trees healthy and pest free, they should be skinned. I asked them to call me this spring to come out and skin the other trees, they told me to call them this spring they were too busy now! I called a different company! My trees look beautiful! Businesses work differently here!

Jim and his team with Tim and Crew did another amazing job at my house. I have used Branching Out Tree Service no less than three times and they always overdeliver. Thanks for another job well done.

Branching Out did the annual trim on our 9 mesquites and did a really great job. The crew was professional and friendly as well as very engaged with us on how we liked the trees shaped. They were very thorough with clean-up. We were very happy with Branching Out and our trees look beautiful.

I had several trees trimmed today by Branching Out Tree Service. One was a mesquite that was getting near power lines, another was an ancient vitex that could be close to a hundred years old that needed some large dead branches removed, and several other trees that needed "face lifts." Branching Out did a thoroughly professional, efficient job at a very decent price. What I really liked was that the owner is a qualified arborist, and the workers are skilled and very knowledgeable. If I could give this company even more stars, I would. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Branching Out. Two guys worked like dogs for at least 6 hours removing a number of trees and bushes. They also trimmed dead wood. They took great care not to damage our property. We had an oleander that was growing under the house and pulling up the porch. They were able to grind the stump without hurting the porch which wasn't easy. They cleaned up everything better than it was when they started! The price was great and affordable. They brought a big truck that had an arm to get up into trees though we didn't need it. Also had a mulcher so they were able to mulch and go. They came at the scheduled time. Initially, we left a message and the owner got right back to us. It's a small, local business and I like to use small business whenever possible. Would definitely recommend and use again. Branching Out removed a lot of precarious old dead growth from a 60’+ eucalyptus in my back yard. The team showed up on the dot, got right on it, and finished the job in just two hours. They did a great job cleaning everything up when done, and also cut up and stacked the removed limbs for me for firewood. It was fun to watch them work! And they did it for less than half of what another company quoted me. Plus, all my interactions with Branching Out employees, in person or on the phone/via email were great. These folks really know their business. I’ll call them again if I need more work done, and I would recommend.

I was very pleased with the company's service that was done for my tree removal. The team that showed up arrived when they said they would, they were friendly and very hard working. They did an excelled job of removing my tree, stump grinding, and cleaning up when they were done. I strongly recommend and should a need arise I will use them again.

I contacted them to have a tree removed. The price was reasonable but they did not do all the work in the estimate. They were supposed to grind the stump but instead they just covered it up with dirt and left. Emailed the company about it but no response.

Your guys did an absolutely amazing job for me this morning. I have never seen this done before. I was impressed! Your crew worked well together and were very polite. The man that climbed that tree , hooking and cutting the limbs was awesome and the cable man lowering the limbs harmed nothing in my yard. The guys cutting up the stuff worked quickly and cleaned up the mess! Thanks again!!

I can not recommend Eric and his crew at Branching Out more! We had to unfortunately remove a large pine tree from our small back yard that was a bit too close to the house for comfort. Customer service over the phone was exceptional. They were extremely prompt with getting me a VERY reasonable quote. Everyone showed up early and finished the job safely and efficiently, as well as doing a great clean up job when they were done. I have already recommended them to all my family and friends, and will not hesitate to book them if I need them again!

From the first call to schedule an estimate to receiving the estimate was 24 hours. Even being during a crazy monsoon season, they got us in within 10 days!
They not only trimmed our two massive 30 year old mesquite trees, they made them look better than I imagined. They are now both free of mistletoes, broken branches, my house is now safe and clear as well as the sidewalks around our property. David and his 2 guys really knocked this out of the park. They were on-time, super friendly, professional and very quiet! I wish all companies ran and had employees like this. Truly made this experience easy! My wife and I have used this service in the past and it was satisfactory. We needed the trees to be trimmed again and had an appointment for work to be done today between 8am and 10am. When no one showed up, my wife called the company to ask about the work. She was told that they were very busy due to the damage caused by the recent storm. There was no attempt to apologize for not keeping the appointment and the person she spoke with was very dismissive in regard to our relatively small job and the fact that we did not care to reschedule with them. Obviously, customer service is not a high priority in the company.
