We needed a 40-year-old pine tree cleaned up. It was very heavy and thick-looking, and I was starting to worry it might be too top-heavy for the upcoming monsoon season. I researched a lot of companies, and when I came across Branching Out Tree Service, I reached out for an estimate. I really liked that they were fully insured. They came out within a day and had me scheduled within the week.

The crew was on time, professional, and did an excellent job trimming the tree. It looks fantastic now—much lighter and healthier—and they left the area spotless. They even took the time to clean up my neighbor’s yard where some pine needles and branches had fallen. Outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Patting ourselves on the back for choosing Branching Out Tree Service to remove our two big pine trees that were not healthy. The men were professional, highly skilled and careful with our property. They successfully removed our trees using a giant crane, lifting the entire trees over our house from the back yard to cut them up in front of our home. It was wildly impressive! Then they left without a trace of mess left behind. Outstanding.

Needed routine maintenance of surrounding trees around the property. I was concerned that trees were looking ragged and some were overgrown. The China Berry trees were starting to move over into the neighbor's yard and encroaching on their roof. I didn't want to be responsible for any wind damages. The front juniper trees were hiding too much of the house and getting too tall. None of the trees presented a hazard so I wanted to get ahead of the growth and keep them healthy. The estimate was very reasonable. Still, more importantly, the crew themselves were exceptional. Arriving 20 minutes early to group and organize they started work promptly at the promised appointment time of 7 am. There were a total of 6 trees to trim and shape with a crew of three men. They conferred with me before, during and after to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted and what was promised. Entire job was completed in 45 minutes! I've attached some before and after photos. Next week I have a landscaper coming to clean up the yard so please ignore the weeds. I had this bright idea I would experiment and see if the weeds would grow in like a meadow. As a new homeowner in Tucson originally from New England I was not prepared for weeds that bite back. No more experiments with landscaping. I wanted a tree expert to handle the pruning because I wanted to ensure expertise. This company knows trees and I felt a level of comfort having this particular team on my property. Hard workers, professional and efficient.

Quick response (next day) after receiving the quote. Jerry kept me apprised of his arrival time via text. He and his partner trimmed a medium-sized tree and cleaned up within about 45 minutes. These guys are professional at what they do i hired them to cut a large tree very close to the house and they took their time and made sure everything goes smooth and they also cleaned up everything after. very kind crew and best price I could find in town. Very happy with their service

Desert Canopy gave me a very reasonable price on the removal of a large Palo Verde tree from my front yard. They told me the stump would be completely gone and it was. They also told me they would clean up all of the flowers from the tree and they did. There wasn’t a single fallen flower from my Palo Verde tree left laying in my yard. They were on time and professional.

Unfortunately, due to some inclement weather we needed to reschedule a couple of times, but Jerry was great at communicating with me (which I feel is rare these days), and we were finally able to set a date. On July 27th 2024 a big "microburst" blew through our neighborhood knocking down one of the two pine trees in my backyard. When I looked for tree removal services, Desert Canopy Tree Service answer the call.

When I searched for these companies, this was the only one I could find that was 24 hours. Jerry, the owner came out to make a assessment, and offered a estimate within hours of the tree falling. Most of the other companies we're closed for the weekend and would not reopen until Monday.

He arrived with his crew around 5:00 a.m. Monday morning, and had the majority of the tree cleared by 9:00 a.m. Jerry, the owner worked expeditiously, efficiently, and with great care for my property.

Every year in Tucson Arizona it seems that the wind is becoming stronger and more prevalent. So I assume more trees will fall due the the shallow root systems. I don't normally leave reviews, but when I get good service and they go the extra mile, I'm compelled to leave a Good review.

Jerry and team were amazing!! My backyard had trees that the roots were growing under the fence and was causing damage. He completely removed the trees safely, additionally he trimmed other trees.
