Joshua was amazing. My air conditioner went out last night and he arrived early this morning. He was there for 5 mins or less and found the problem and fixed it. I have a very old air conditioner and he was willing to fix it instead of trying to sell me a new one. I asked questions on prices for a new one and he gave me a great price. I will definitely be calling them soon for the new unit.

Honestly I was completely satisfied with the service.
Josh was on time, knowledgeable, as well as informative.
He cleaned up behind himself and informed me of a few minor issues, not using pressure sales tactics not up selling.
No complaints with this company Two thumbs up.

I would like to give a big thanks to Jashua L. from Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling LLC: My AC went out while I was out of town upon my return Friday July 26th it was the weekend and hard to find someone. My home warranty company did not come through with a technician in an appropriate time frame. I confirmed an appointment for Saturday July 27th between the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Joshua showed up around 2:20 did a great job, very proficient. Thank you so much Joshua I appreciate you and will continue to use you for further AC services sincerely.

I was a long-time customer of another AC company, but recently sought a second opinion from Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling regarding a quote I received, as I had some concerns about the cost and truthfullness.

I had Jashua respond when my Air conditioner failed, He was able to identify the problem very quickly, Jashua was very professional add was able to have a replacement AC unit installed in record time. He was very thorough and checked every small component to make sure the unit was performing at it best. His price to replace is was super fair and he did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!

Arizona Valley was a lifesaver on a Sunday when our house started flooding due to high humidity and overflowing drip pan. A very bad situation was quickly fixed by Josh and his team. They helped walk us through each step of the process. Gave us excellent referrals for repairs to the ceiling and clean up. Their prices were very reasonable and their workmanship was excellent too. Joshua and his team with Arizona Valley are the absolute best! They’ve saved us on a late night A/C outage and have become our regular maintenance and repair team ever since. I used this company a couple summers ago to repair my old AC unit. Well, this year my unit finally gave up and Josh was so quick to respond. He got me a new unit and installed it all within 48 hrs, which is great in this heat. I will continue to use this company for all my HVAC needs and recommend them to everyone.

We had a great experience with Joshua at AZ Valley Heating and Cooling, LLC I had my mother's home recently serviced where he did repairs about 6 months ago in September 2022 and he did an outstanding job, in fact he was referred by another AC company since Joshua does excellent work on the Trane brands and we were very pleased. His price was very reasonable. He provided excellent quick yet thorough service and was very polite and efficient and is very knowledgeable.

Today I had my mothers 2 AC's serviced at that same home and another home serviced that I own and I did not know the condition of the other AC, only that it was 10 years old as I've been renting the home. He cleaned the outside coils and gave me a complimentary service and I was really surprised and pleased that he did that work at no charge as its the first time I utilized him for that home . He had photos of the AC unit before work was done so I could see clearly that there was an issue . He replaced the valve at no charge. He also spent a lot of time cleaning the exterior coil and the service was $59 you cannot go wrong with that price!

He spent a lot of time at both homes, about 2 hours at each home, and I will definitely use him again. He gave me great info on the history of the AC unit, and estimate of how many years I had left on the unit if we did annual service and overall it was really fantastic.

I've used other companies in the past 15 years with my rentals and I've had inconsistent results, and had to change companies all the time, but with the 2 times we've experienced with Joshua at AZ valley heating and cooling, LLC, he's been prompt, efficient and really cares about doing a job well done, so he's going to be my "go to AC company" from now on. Also, he's not constantly trying to sell you a new AC. I appreciate his honesty! Thank you and I hope this review gives you even more customers because you've earned the great review! Update: My AC stopped working about a year later, following my latest review. I texted Josh at 830 pm and he set up an appointment for me first thing the following day. Ryan came out at 7am to check it out. My duct work collapsed due to initial faulty installation over a trellis. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair the ductwork in under an hour. My AC is back up and running great. So thankful for this company!

Josh is seriously so amazing. My AC went out and he came out shortly after I called. He took a look at the issue (Freon/Metering Device) and suggested that I contact my Home Warranty company to save some money. My home warranty company sent a contractor out who was trying to convince me that I needed a new coil that would have cost $4500 out of pocket. I called Josh back to ask for his opinion and he said that was not needed. I opted to go with Josh as he is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, has a quick turnaround, and was very professional. He replaced the Freon to see if that would resolve the issue as the line had been contaminated with outside air. After replacing the Freon and doing a test it was determined that my meter would still need to be replaced. He said to just give him a call next spring, since we’re nearing the end of summer and I won’t be using the AC as much, and that he wouldn't charge me until then when the job is completely done to allow me some time to save money. I appreciate him and this company so much. 100000000/10 recommend!

Josh was very responsive and was able to come out right away. Fixed the capacitor on my A/C. So grateful for the quick fix in 107 degrees! Priced great and has a service plan that is reasonably priced. Great experience! Highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs!

Joshua has always been very prompt and responsive. Anytime I have called he has always answered and anytime I've ever needed anything I've been a priority customer. I had Josh perform a maintenance on my heat pump before summer starts and I’m so glad I did! He was very thorough and checked every small component to make sure it was still good. He said the compressors capacitor was way below range and even proved it to me! His price to replace is was super fair and he did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!
