Josh was professional, on time, and displayed great customer service. I feel he genuinely cares about people and their well being (which is rare to get from an AC company now a days to be honest). He always keeps me up to date and assured on everything. I appreciate him and everything he does. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody! You won't regret it!

I called Josh to help give me some explanation on why my hvac wasn’t cooling my home properly. He came out quickly and gave me information and photos as to the problem along with solutions to get it resolved. He and one of his guys, Ryan, came out to take care of my duct system. Super professional, kind and knowledgeable. They got the work done around my schedule and cleaned up after themselves like they weren’t even there. Would highly recommend them to any of my own personal clients and friends!

Josh called me right back and he was here at 7:30. Perfect timing and fixed right away. Great prices great attitude great knowledgeable person will definitely recommend this to all my friends. Thank you Joshua for being a reputable guy I can count on.

Joshua was very helpful in a Time my family needed it. He came out to check out my AC unit very quickly and knew what was wrong with it right away. I feel like Josh very clearly cares about people genuinely. He went above and beyond by helping me get my units warranty pulled up and fixed at lowest cost possible. If I could give Joshua 10 stars, I would. I put him to the test right away this past weekend. My elderly mother had a tenant who's AC went out on Friday evening (June 30). I contacted Joshua who said he could be there that same night at 10:00 pm!! Right away, I was extremely impressed by his speedy response. He then assessed the problem, saying that she needed a new AC, quoted me a fair price, and then delivered a portable AC on Saturday to keep her comfortable until he can install a new unit this week.

My mother then had another tenant who had AC problems on Sunday evening (Sunday, July 2) around 5:30 pm. Joshua would have gone over between 8-9 pm that same night, but the tenant wanted to wait until today (July 3). He quickly and fairly took care of that issue as well.

Every time I text Joshua, he gets right back to me. It doesn't seem to matter what time it is, or day. Today, I jokingly asked him if he ate or slept. Although, I just started to work with him, I am so grateful to have found someone who takes pride in and does excellent work, and who is friendly, kind, honest and dependable!

Fantastic service! Josh was at our house within 2 hours after our initial call to fix our AC unit that went out in 100 degree heat.

Had a great experience with Josh, called him about my blower going out. Josh had it fixed the next day within a few hours. His communication was great and had ETA when everything was going to be done! Highly recommend.

Great experience. Josh was very helpful and professional. I called for a tune up appointment and he explained everything my HVAC system needed to be running smoothly. He also provided a detailed receipt with pictures of the work that was done at a good price. I ended up signing up for their maintenance plan. Highly recommend.

First and last time. I will use this company. They came out to replace a capacitor on my AC. He charge $350. Which is outrageous for something that cost $20. You do the math. These guys are rip offs. If you can use someone more honest and fair, don't hesitate.

When is ask him about the price his answer was im expensive. Most companies would try to win your business and maybe offer a discount . Go elsewhere.

My heat pump stopped working, so I called for assistance.

Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling was the only service that replied the same day and came out to diagnose my problem. The service was timely, first-rate and reasonable. I was kept informed on status of repair professionally.

We called at 6:00 in the evening and he was here before seven. He quickly and methodically identified the issue and got our AC running in no time. He was great at explaining things and made me feel very confident I'd chosen the right company. The bill was lower than I was expecting, something rare these days. We're getting a new AC in the Spring and have decided that this is the company we want to do it. Highly recommended.

A/C acting up, blower fan not turning, and temp rising on Sunday early morning.
Tried to contact Liberty who had just done annual service on the unit 3 weeks ago, but they only have ‘business’ hours and days - would be no contact before Monday or Tuesday.
So, I found Joshua and he responded on a Sunday morning during Memorial Day weekend within an hour. He quickly found that the capacitor had blown and showed me the evidence, before replacing the capacitor and putting us back in business.
I am switching my business to Arizona Valley because he is responsive, focused on customers, and knows what he is doing. No hard sells here; just quality work by a growing business.
