Plus, Cailyn tries very hard to accommodate my needs. Always pleasant on the phone. Wouldn’t dream of using anyone else

I found this company on a neighborhood FB page as I was in need of someone to clean our floors after purchasing our home - the grout was pretty dirty from the previous owners. Sean came out today to clean our tile and grout, and he did a great job. He was very professional and pleasant, and reasonably priced. We will be using Clean Therapy again for other services in the future!

First time I used clean therapy they did really good.
Today is the second time that I use them and it was a rush Bosch job scuffing up my brand new baseboards in my brand new house not laying the rugs back down not dusting half the stuff and not mopping correctly or sweeping correctly she rushed in here in 1 hour she was gone she was rushing so much that she was slamming stuff bashing into walls and everything else with her vacuum then they want to charge me for an hour and a half when she was here 1 hour well beware if they got your card file like they do mine they will charge what they want.. not for the hour that they did ..so my advice is write a check.. I will never use them ever again and they best take my card off file.
Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the quality of work and then the overcharging at their own free will ..so wrong so wrong so wrong.

Clean Therapy does an amazing job cleaning our house each week. We have a lot of dust from our surroundings along with fur and dirt from 2 large dogs, and regular cleanings have helped to get those issues under control.
