Constraction reviews in Alexander, Arkansas

They did a phenomenal job on our concrete and hanging our mini split A/C unit on the wall. All the workers were very polite and respectful and showed dedication to providing quality work. The project was completed on time with no delays. Any questions we had after the work was done were answered and addressed immediately. This will be the first company we will consider to use for any future household projects and we will highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a quality trustworthy company.

Johnnie’s crew came recommended to us by another reputable contractor in the area. They did great work for us screening in our existing deck and repairing our fascia, soffit, and deck stairs. I’m the daughter of a third generation home builder, and I grew up on residential job sites. Between that and having worked with a few other contractors on our homes, I can tell you Johnnie’s crew is as solid as they come. They were very professional, priced fairly, consistently asked for our opinion on the design details, and best of all, they communicated with us throughout the whole process… which was refreshing since we have been ghosted by others before. & it was never a guessing game of when they would show up or if they’d show up, because they’d let us know their schedule. From the time we signed the contract to the time they finished screening the deck, was about two weeks. We look forward to working with them in the future when we’re ready for a sunroom addition and new dock.

Johnnie was great. We worked collaboratively to build our retirement dream pool pavilion. The pavilion included a full bathroom with an outdoor shower, kitchen and relaxing seating that has a twin size swing and double sided fireplace. Johnnie worked hard to accommodate all of my ideas and designs. He has even gone above and beyond to answer any questions I have had after the job was completed. Thanks for building us a place where many memories have all ready been created and many more to come.

Great service and professional work!! Johnnie met me on site and provided an estimate within a few days with very reasonable prices! Work product was exactly how we discussed. I would recommend Johnnie and his team if you have any construction needs!

Arkansas Construction and Remodeling completed a sunroom addition to our home this spring. Johnnie was so great to work with. Always professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. His crews were prompt, respectful and showed up when scheduled, which is somewhat unusual in the construction world from our experience. The project ended up being so much nicer than we had envisioned thanks to Johnnie’s knowledge and recommendations. We have been enjoying our addition so much, and would highly recommend Arkansas Construction and Remodeling to friends and family!

I can’t say enough Good things about Johnnie and his crew. They totally remodeled a bathroom in my father-in-law‘s house that turned out beautifully. It first started out as a simple leak fix and bathtub replace but we kept adding things and Johnnie was always so gracious and accommodating with every step we added. He was upfront with pricing, always on time, and always available to discuss the project. Would recommend him and his team highly to anyone. Thanks Johnnie!!

Johnnie Oldham with Arkansas Construction and Remodeling added a covered porch to our house, and we highly recommend Johnnie and his crew. We are very pleased with the outcome. We told Johnnie we wanted a large porch to host our family and to have a place for our grandchildren to play, and he helped us work out what that would look like. We wanted half walls with wood louvers on the sides of the porch and didn't know if that was possible or could be built, and he did it, and it turned out great. We also wanted to replace our old vinyl siding with board and batten, and we love how the new siding adds to the back of our house and the aesthetic of the porch. His crew worked hard and cleaned up before leaving each day. We appreciate their professionalism and dedication to making sure we were pleased at every aspect of this project. I have included a few pictures below. The first picture was taken right before construction and shows our previous patio and siding. The next picture is right after construction was completed. I have included a few more pictures highlighting the tongue and groove ceiling, the ceiling lights that also become nightlights, and the half walls and louvers. We are excited to start landscaping around the porch and adding all of our things. It is exactly what we wanted, and it came out even better than what we envisioned. Thank you to Johnnie and his crew!
