We had issues with our heating system and they came promptly and fixed the issue. We purchased a plan to maintain our stem twice year. They were quick to answer our questions.

Platinum Air did an amazing job installing multiple minisplit units in my home, they were professional and payed close attention to details, even the smallest ones that I would of never seen but they were on point and did a wonderful job. I have used different companies in the past and none of them come even close to the quality of work that Platinum Air does. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The absolute BEST! We couldn’t be more impressed with these guys! We came to them because we had previously had a unit installed and had nothing but trouble. These guys came in and redid everything from top to bottom and did the BEST JOB! We recommend them to everyone we know! So thankful!

A little backstory here. In Arkadelphia, I’ve found it’s nearly impossible to find reliable technicians or contractors for anything I need done on the house. I constantly have terrible luck with HVAC service or repairs, plumbing, electricians, carpenters, etc. I get ghosted, ignored, or horrible quality work that requires I fix it myself afterwards, or call another company to fix the first companies mistakes.

Platinum Air started out as one of these companies that I had to call to fix another companies shoddy work. I’ve been treated nicely, given phone calls and notifications with scheduling, and they’ve done nothing but quality work. When I didn’t fully grasp why I was having problems, they explained everything very clearly, and offered me different options on how to proceed with repairs or replacements. I didn’t have to wait three months to get on a waiting list, only to be ghosted when it came time to do the work.

I was impressed with each individual that I interacted with in the company as well. Friendly techs, knowledgeable and helpful boss/owner, and overall great customer service. I only wish I were better with names so that I could specifically thank each gentleman that helped take care of the problems I’ve had with my furnace and A/C system.

I have a 3,000 sq ft home, with multiple units on different levels. They were able to fix outdated venting that was no long legal, and they fabricate the ductwork themselves! They were able to replace an old furnace that no longer has parts available. They were able to install some safety systems that I desperately needed so that I didn’t have other potential house problems due to my other older units going out in the future. The best part? I didn’t feel like I was going to break the bank with the service and parts… though, they offer loan options with one of their partners if needed!

Highly recommend. Use them if you need HVAC work done.

from start to finish, fast reliable and most of all reasonable. my new friends will be my go-to for HVAC work.

Daniel, Wesley, and their crew installed our new AC system last year and recently came out to perform the first (Free) annual inspection. Platinum Air is quick and extremely professional. Answered all my questions/concerns. And are always easy to get ahold of! It's nice not to have to worry about keeping my home comfortable because these guys do a TOP NOTCH job and are extremely thorough. Thanks again guys! Zero regrets and the ONLY choice when it comes to HVAC!

I had a great experience from start to finish. My wife had ordered an oversized ventilation hood for our kitchen remodel and when we received it there was a need for custom metal ductwork. She called Wesley and explained the issue. Within no time at all he came by, took some measurements and brought back exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this company if you need any ventilation or HVAC service whatsoever. Platinum air lives up to its great reputation.

Wade and Daniel were terrific. They made it out to me in a bit of a remote area and cleaned my system and fixed a condensation pump problem. I highly recommend Platinum for your HVAC needs.

This HVAC company is the best I’ve worked with in Hot Springs. They arrived to my home on time this morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. They even changed the lightbulbs in my hallway! Daniel and Hunter are professional and friendly and I only wish I could give more than five stars.

These guys are totally awesome. From beginning to end. Daniel showed up at 9pm on a Sunday night . Gave us many options to choose from to get our AC fixed. Even brought us a portable AC unit to jeep us comfortable til it was fixed. One week later we have a working AC again. Thanks to all the young men at platinum air for your hard work.

Daniel and Wesley designed and implemented a plan to rid our basement of excessive humidity. They are very knowledgeable and worked with sincere professionalism. I highly recommend Platinum Air in Amity, Arkansas.

Just want to say that Platinum Air is straight up a really good Company. They were here when they said they were going to be at our home, and did everything they said they were going to do! And in today's world that is huge.

Platinum Air is the best heating and air companies I have ever employed. Wesley and Daniel the owners are highly competent and all the maintenance is of the highest quality. We have 23 units in our homes and all are running perfectly thanks to their maintenance and installation. Roy is one of their technician. I know my heating and air conditioning units will preform well after he is finished. They repaired my commercial ice maker and pool heater as well. I recommend them with 5 stars plus! These guys did a great job! Made sure we were comfortable with temporary a/c until the entire system was replaced and worked really hard to get it done as fast as possible! 10/10 recommend ! Thanks !!!

These people are awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and so polite and effeciant. They worked to replace my old airconditioner and furnace and duct work without lunch or supper. Completed it all in one day . I had other estimates and this company was half the price and told me stuff i didnt need that others said i did need. They DID NOT try to stick it to me. I am so pleased! Thanks guys!

I am so pleased with Platinum! In the process of fixing what was damaged they found another problem caused by a crappy contractor. They were as upset and worried about the affects it could have on my family as I was and I knew we were in good hands! They came back out today to fix the issue and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys so much for doing wonderful work and caring about your customers!

I really liked these guy's. They was very helpful and patient with me. They explained what choices I had and the best options for me. I highly recommend them, especially if your a single woman trying to make decisions for yourself.
