Platinum Air knows their stuff. I don't give this review lightly. I was trained many years ago and have worked in the HVAC industry for years before moving on into property management. After becoming a property manager, I needed someone I could rely on. After many disappointments with many other businesses that tried to rip me off by sending techs who weren't properly trained and overcharged for their services simply because the majority of customers don't know better, I was lucky to be introduced to Platinum Air.

On the first visit, they were able to not only explain why the problems arose, but to repair the mess that other technicians had caused and at a fraction of the cost. I have spoken with every technician that has come out to work for me at my properties over the last 5 years and these guys are of the few that really know their stuff. They explained what was wrong and more importantly WHY it happened and how they diagnosed it, and why the parts were bad, no simple parts changers here who are just guessing whether the part they were replacing would actually do the job. They made it fast to get service, easy to understand all of the issues, simple to get the repairs approved and completed, and they didn't overcharge for parts, a rarity in todays world. I consider myself blessed to be able to have found them. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who asks for an HVAC company. Daniel and his team are a rare gem in todays world!

Platinum Air replaced my entire HVAC system and they did amazing. They came out, gave me a great quote, explained the problem to me and gave me all of my options. They were very professional. I decided to use them to replace everything, and their team was amazing. They worked hard, quick and efficiently. I will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs. We’ve had Platinum Air come out multiple times recently, and every experience has been top-notch. Their technician Daniel deserves special recognition—he was absolutely amazing. During his most recent visit, he discovered a serious issue with the transformer that was pushing too much voltage through our system. Thanks to his thorough inspection and quick action, we were able to get Entergy out to replace our transformer. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We truly appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. Daniel from Platinum Air repaired our air conditioner within one day of us calling him. We will contact him with any heat or air issues or services in the future. He seemed very knowledgeable and he was very courteous. We highly recommend him.

I was a little outside the service area that Platinum Air serviced, but I was between a rock and a hard place. My LG mini split system was not producing any heat. I needed an LG certified technician to diagnose and fix my system CORRECTLY. Fortunately Daniel and his team came up with a plan to come to my residence and get this resolved. They spent the day fixing and resolving my issues. More times than not with companies nowadays you get subpar service or expertise. Platinum Air is one of those rare companies, that actually exceeded my expectations. If you need a professional, and competent company for any of your HVAC needs it would be in your best interest to give them a call.

The two owners, also brothers, Wesley Sutter and Daniel are absolutely amazing. They are filled with so much knowledge and literally have my HVAC problems fixed so fast and wouldn’t dream of using anyone but platinum air. I’ve used them dozens and dozens of times and they are THE ONLY hvac company I will let lay a single finger on any of my rental or personal property’s. I highly recommend using platinum air!

These guys are genuiene good guys. They're reasonable & honest. They're quick to come out as if it was their own home. Anytime they come out, we're left extremely satisfied! Won't go w/ anyone else now!

Suffering through this mid-July heat and our upstairs HVAC unit stopped working. Within 15 minutes Wesley and his assistant showed up and they had our thermostat going the other way in a matter of minutes.

Platinum air has made a couple of warranty repairs for us, as well as, taking on service agreements with all of our HVAC systems this year. All the guys on this crew are not only professional; they’re truly passionate about their job. When platinum discovered mold growing inside of our coil the technician adjusted the fan speed to provide a drier environment in the unit itself and will prevent this problem in the future.
