Was supposed to come out and give estimate of how much job would cost instead showed up to do work when I said I need estimate before any work is done have not got a estimate but a bill for them not even doing anything

They came and checked my heat and told me it was the circuit board, I told them another company checked it and said it was the moter, like my other united, so they changed the circuit board and it didn't fix it so the guy came back out and checked motor and said I guess I owe u lunch because its the motor its been about a month my united is tore apart in my house and outside.So unprofessional

They are very rude and they don’t care about the elderly people who need air and they also tell you that you can pay it out and then they say something different and their tech’s don’t know how to fix things right called several times and was told that they would have one of the Middlebrooks call me and then they had a very rude woman who works there call me and gripe at me I would not call them for anything

Definitely a 5/5! I’ve used them now at two different long term care facilities where I manage maintenance and they are always efficient, professional and on time, definitely recommend!

I called middlebrooks after an electrical scare, Dustin was polite, and professional and had my problem fix quickly. He even took care of another issue for me since he was here. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again. Thank you!

This company would not set an appointment time, telling me I just had to wait for the next available technician. The person who answered the phone, Crystal, acted like she didn’t care. I missed my own appointments waiting on them for four days before giving up. After speaking with my neighbors I heard more complaints about how unprofessional and expensive they are. I can not recommend this company.

We contacted them first thing Monday morning, they said they would be here Tuesday but no later than Wednesday. They still haven't gotten here Friday. We give up. It is really a shame because they typically provide good service, however they have become unreliable.

Such a great company to work with. They gave a very reasonable quote, had great communication and went above and beyond what I needed. The work they did was great too. I can’t speak highly enough of working with them.

Routine mini split install required 6 visits. Both units leaked indoors. Poor internal communication. When called to schedule 6th visit I asked to have manager call me. They sent out another workman but no call from manager. I can't recommend a company that does not take responsibility from the top.

Very detail oriented. Even making sure the plumber’s part was correct, complete, and aesthetically pleasing. I’m so excited to have my generator!

Very unprofessional company. Sent a tech out to fix an air conditioner and he ended up working on the wrong unit. One that was actually working fine. So the tech ended up changing a valve out and putting it in backwards. After sending multiple techs out to look at it. Manager at the store told me that they were not coming out anymore and to just call Middleton. Which isn’t very good customer service ,if they’re not going to stand behind their work.So I’m having to find somebody else to basically fix their screwup.

Exceptional work, clear communication, empathetic to customer needs, and timely help! 10/10 would recommend.

I called for an appointment to get a chandelier installed and Middlebrooks had 2 electricians out the same day. They were both very professional, diligent in their work, and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier.

Middlebrooks is the only Electrical Service one should use. They are courteous, professional and always have a mindset of "How can we do what you want or have requested". They tell you the process they are using and how and why on the installation. They ensure you know what to do after they leave. They clean up prior to leaving and take the replaced item with them. I highly recommend this company and their service as the BEST!
