I cannot express how much these guys have reduced stress for us during our remodel. We have been going slowly so they have had to come out several times over the past year and do multiple things. They have upgraded the service, rewired half of our house, put in can lighting, added outlets, hooked up our range vent and bathroom vent. They have been super helpful and provided guidance when we had no idea what to do, all while being very patient and dealing with us haha. As long as these guys are around they will be who I call for anything electrical. Thank you to the entire team at Grounded Electric!!

Even with a steep staircase and overhead fixture, the guys at Grounded did a great job.

Very good communication and service. I called them and they came out the same day to look at the issue. Gave me a quote the and scheduled the work after just a couple of days. The most amazing part is all of this was communicated during the end of the year. Their work was great and got everything done in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

I've used Grounded Electric for 5 years now and I won't use any other electrician's services. Clean, Polite, and Professional. Some others may do it cheaper but Grounded Electric's work is always fast and done perfectly the first time. If you're searching for an electrician in the Little Rock area I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I called grounded electric to come out to my house to install a plug and to change some light switches around. They were responsive to my phone calls, they came out to my house quickly. They charged me a reasonable price. My only (extremely minor) complaint was I had to ask the guy to wear a mask. He did as I requested, he didn't fuss about it. Overall, extremely happy with the value I received. Thank you for installing my plug and moving my light switch quick and painless.

We had been a little confused about the pricing in the beginning because of what I believe was a communication failure but, after a complete review of the project and scope of the job itself, we find that their prices are very reasonable and their service exceptional. Not only did they provide service above and beyond they also credited us a refund because of the confusion. Date of Service: 5/8/18: The Grounded Electric, Etc. Team is excellent. They have done some work for my mother in the past, and they did a great job with some projects at my own home. The free quote was more than fair, and the work they did was perfect. They even performed some tasks on the fly, though I didn't originally ask for them until they were already at my house. They also went above and beyond to do some things I didn't know I needed. Everything looks better than it did when it was brand new. The Team is courteous, helpful, fair, and responsive. They do excellent work, and they are there on time, if not before. I highly recommend Grounded Electric, Etc. for all of your electrical, handyman, and general contracting needs!

John David really took the time to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations for the current issues in my home. He went out of his way to work me into his already busy schedule, which is rare/hard to find.

My wife and I installed a mini-split heating and cooling system for our garage space upgrade. We are relatively new to the area and called Grounded Electric and another company for an estimate. Mr John came the next day and gave us a wonderful and detailed estimate. We went with him for our project. He and the guys came out and performed the installation flawlessly. We recently bought an electric car and needed to install a Level 2 Charger in our garage. To us the work was very challenging because our electric box is far from our garage. However, when Grounded Electric came to give us a quote, they very quickly determined how to do the job and made as feel secure that they knew how to get it done and how to do it well.
And it was so! On the date of the appointment, the crew came to our house on time, they were very polite, and fast. They did a very clean and professional job connecting and concealing cables, opening almost invisible wholes where needed, and perfectly installing the charger, which has worked perfectly fine since it was installed. On top of everything, the owner of the company came to evaluate his crew's ' work, and discovered that the job required less materials than they calculated, thus giving us a discount over the original quote.
Grounded electric was simply amazing! We are so glad that we contacted them and would do so again with eyes closed. We strongly recommend them!

We couldn’t get anyone to come out after storms took out our electrical panel recently. We had no power for over a week and a half, finally I was given Grounded Electric from a co-worker and John David came out the same day. Amazing service, great guys. Grounded Electric recently helped my parents resolve an electrical mystery. They were very professional and courteous, communicated with us prior to and throughout the project, and were agreeable to some last minute “add ons” as well. I called them for an issue at my house because of how great they were with my parents. They came right out and fixed my outlet the same day I called them. I would highly recommend Grounded Electric for all of your electrical needs!

These guys were just awesome. They reduced the cost by $100 less from their initial quote since they were able to find an easier way to install the bidet outlet I needed. Definitely did not expect that price reduction since we already agreed on the initial quote. Highly recommend this company. They were on time, polite, and worked efficiently.
