They let me know the process With the home warranty, and since our air-conditioning was out in July, we decided to forgo the

warranty company and work directly with Jett to get a new AC installed
Once we determine what model we were getting, they were out the next day to have it installed
I bought the unit with a lifetime warranty, and so far and extremely happy with it.

Jet Heat and Air came out today, and I couldn’t be more thankful! We’d been without AC for 4 nights, and Grant (our technician) got us fixed up. He added Freon, replaced a contactor, and now the house is finally cool again. He was quick, professional, and knew exactly what to do. We’ll actually be able to sleep tonight—huge relief! Jet Heat and Air did a great job replacing my entire HVAC system and at an incredible price! Their price for a new system was over $2,000 less than the best price I could get. They got the new system ordered and installed in 2 days (would have been sooner but there were 3 other installs ahead of me.) Communication was excellent and the quality of work was outstanding.

Hunter was a very nice guy! He was sweet to my kid and dog. He helped me get my heat back on during the big snow this year
