Super reliable company. My 3 AC units had just been serviced two months prior a home inspection that was done as I am selling my house. The inspection found a problem. It was something that the “ reputable” and “ highly recommended” major Air Conditioning company was supposed to have fixed two months ago. They actually had charged me for the service.

The technician from Jones Heating and Air, Lane, was so professional and fast. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away, and so speedily.

I cannot recommend this company and Lane enough for a thorough professional job and their fast service.

We had scheduled McGhee HVAC for spring maintenance for April 3rd. When we turned on our air unit on March 28th, it would not cool. Nick McGhee worked us into his busy schedule and came out on March 29th. He quickly identified the issue, repaired it and did the spring maintenance. Nick is professional, reliable, clearly explains issue and what is required, and offers fair pricing. We are extremely pleased with McGhee HVAC and will rely on them for future HVAC needs.

I would like to share my experience with McGhee HVAC. Nick was very professional and quick to respond to my situation. He was prompt, honest, reliable, and affordable. The communication with him throughout the entire process was great. He kept me updated and sent me videos and pictures (since I was unable to be at the home with him)

I made the mistake of calling a nationwide commercial HVAC company first, I did not appreciate their customer service, the miscommunication from one person to the next and their bait and switch tactic. They told me I needed to replace my entire system. I called McGhee HVAC to get a second opinion. Nick was able to diagnose the actual problem and fix it, he literally saved me thousands of dollars! I am so grateful for him. I also asked him to check the filters, he didn't have the needed ones on hand but readily ran to a nearby supply house and picked up the proper ones and changed them out for me. I highly recommend him and am so grateful he was recommended to me. I will be using him for all my HVAC needs.

Nick with McGhee AC repair was amazing. My ac went out one afternoon and he came the next morning and replaced the capacitor. He was so nice and friendly and reasonably priced. I was shocked and grateful to get it running again so quickly for the price. I will definitely use him in the future and you should too.
