WOW! I know that I can be a difficult customer! For over 50 years I had a business that did customer service so I know what great customer service is! Eben Ezer Tree Service was recommended to me by another tree service because I wanted my stumps ground. After my 1st initial contact with the company and their response time- I was impressed. They tell me when they will call, text, or arrive and they do it. They cut, ground, and removed debris for my 25 trees. The team of men are clean-cut, polite, cheerful, and knowledgeable of their craft. Their prices are reasonable. They are careful around the yard. When I read their reviews--I thought maybe a friend or relative wrote them---I do not think that now. If I ever need trees removed again I know who to call!

The guys did a great job cutting down 2 big trees in our yard. I got 4 estimates and they were by far the best one. They were on time and showed up exactly when they said they would. Communication was great and they made sure the yard was cleaned up before they left. Would definitely use again!

They removed a large tree and two smaller ones plus trimmed low hanging limbs which line our driveway. They were very professional and they did a Wonderful Job on clean up. We had them work at our Church and our Church was very pleased with their Outstanding Service. Honest, Fair priced and Hard Working. We will use them again and will recommend to family and friends!

Very professional and on time. Came the next day to give me an estimate and scheduled my tree removal quickly. Very reasonable price wise. I compared to a couple different companies. They made it an easy process.

Deep Root Tree Services did an excellent job! At my Mom’s house, they removed a very large tree that was leaning over her house, and at my house, they removed a smaller tree and trimmed a lot of large branches over my roof and lawn.

They were prompt with return calls, on time for both the estimate and work appointments, and were very courteous and professional. Their price was extremely reasonable. It was the lower of two estimates received for each of the jobs.

The tree at my mom’s house was in a precarious position between two houses, and they did a good job protecting both of the properties.

They were flexible and great to work with. When they arrived to work at my house, I asked if they could take down a couple more branches in addition to what we originally discussed at the estimate. They also found another, somewhat larger, dead branch that needed to be removed that I had not noticed. They took care of all of those additional items that same day at a great, re-negotiated cost. They also cut down a dead stump I requested at the last minute at no additional cost.

On the very large oak tree that needed trimming over my lawn, they took the time to discuss with me which branches might need to come down to get more sunlight on the lawn and to look aesthetically pleasing. They had me review the work as it progressed, to ensure my satisfaction, and I was able to request to remove a couple more limbs, which they took care of. The results were beautiful!

They were very careful with their bucket truck so as not to damage my yard, and the clean-up after the job was more than thorough. I had trimmed some shrubs that morning as they were working, and they even picked up the branches I had trimmed myself when they were cleaning! Wow! There was no sign of sawdust on my driveway when they left.

This is an excellent company to work with! As a single woman taking care of a home (and my mom’s), I felt that I got a very fair deal and that they completed their work with integrity and an old-fashioned work ethic that you don’t see much anymore.

I received an estimated price on gutters for my entire house. They came out to install the gutters and left. After walking around my house to view the work I noticed they did not put gutters over my garage. I called and I was told that was not included in my estimated price and it would be $100 more. I don’t appreciate being lied to! This company is a ripoff!! If that was not included in my estimated price that should have been explained to me before hand and I could have taken my business elsewhere. I was given an estimated price for my entire house and that includes over my garage. I can’t believe this company would take advantage and rip people off during these times! Also I was told there was a warranty on the gutters and the work but never received any paperwork or follow up information. Please don’t use this company, I’m going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

These guys came and took care of our new house in an awesome timely manner! Showed up and got the job done in no time. All new gutters looke AMAZING! This isn’t the first time I’ve used them and it won’t be the last! Keep up the amazing work!

Finally! A company run by responsible, reasonable, personable and qualified people. Our gutter job required having some wood replaced and wrapped in aluminum before the gutters could be installed. Richard had some guys to call on and they got it done. Couldn’t be happier with the work.

Szabad Brothers installed new gutters on a home for us. They did a excellent job, cleaned up afterwards and hauled off the old gutters. They were also fairly less than there competitors. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Szabad Bros. Today thoroughly cleaned my gutters, and installed new Bulldog gutter cover all around. I can honestly say that these folks are very honest, and straight forward with their Business practice. After promptly sending a representative out to measure my roof line, and analyze the labor involved, I received a total price in writing within 48 hours. The price in comparison to other quotes that I got was very reasonable, for a product that looked superior to others that I had been shown. In the process of building a new house I have been promised completion dates on jobs that turned out to be two to three times that promised. Not so with Szabad Bros. I was given a time span of 1 to 3 weeks, and they showed up in about 10 days, and completed the job in one afternoon. I cannot say enough good about the 4 young men that were sent to my house to do the work. They were extremely kind, and respectful, doing an exceptionally quality job, and graciously answering any questions that I had, and absolutely going above and beyond to do an exceptional job, even going as far as to wash my driveway down to remove residue from the down spouts. Look no further, you can’t beat these Guys, you will get great service, quality workmanship and materials, and when they hand you the bill, it will be presisely what they told you. No Hidden surprises.

We originally planned on improving the way our gutters work in our courtyard but decided to replace all of our gutters with larger capacity gutters that are better routed throughout the exterior of our house. Richard Szabad was very responsive in giving us a quote and getting the replacement of the gutters done. The work was completed in approximately 4 hours and the property was left immaculate. Very pleased.

We called several companies for estimates on installing rain gutters on our house. There were a few companies we never heard back from and a few that were no shows or were a day late showing up for estimate appointment. Szabad Brothers we’re not the most expensive or the most inexpensive. They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do and did a good job. I’m looking forward to adding more rain gutters to the sides of my house before summer and I will use Szabad Brothers again.

I dinked around and was gonna get another estimate, then I thought I'd do it on my own. I put up one small part and thought, "why am I doing this?" I called the professionals again (these fellas) and they came out the next day and crushed it! I'm so glad I called them back. Don't do your own gutters, just call the Bros.! They'll get it done and it'll be awesome. I promise!
