First of all Mike was like a Surgical Tactician and knew exactly what he was doing, he also is a veteran, what a plus!
I expected to have the belt and rollers replaced which is what I requested up front when scheduling the service but he identified a roller that was frozen he lubed it up and put it back on, I saved a lot of money because of him!
I will be using them for service again when needed.

Dave arrived on time and was highly professional. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent information. I definitely will continue to use this company due to his service. Larry & Kimberly

If you want fast, professional, competent service then these are the guys to call. Michael Metcalf has performed two jobs for me and both times I have been very satisfied with the outcome. Not too many people in the service industry actually know what they are doing or how to diagnose a problem. Michael approaches the task like a surgeon and knows EXACTLY what he's doing and how to efficiently perform the repair. I rarely post reviews but when I come across a company that is this good, I want everyone else to know. If you have a problem with a washer or dryer, I can assure you that Mr. Metcalf can get you fixed up the right way.

Our air conditioning unit was leaking water, out into our kitchen floor. Dave was able to come out the same day (and early) and fixed the probably easily and quickly. Will definitely use Central One again!

If you are looking for a company that will show up when they say they will, and perform the work needed at a fair price, then Central One is your company. They stay in touch with you for an ETA on the day of service, which is much appreciated and very important as a fellow business owner. Jeremy was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be repaired for each unit, while also suggesting a few services that would extend the lifetime of our equipment. Justin had my aging dryer functioning again quickly. I was given a time range yesterday and he called about 20 minutes in advance to say he was on the way. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed and explained to me the problem, a blown dryer fuse, and he clearly informed me the best way to prevent it from happening again. He explained what he was doing and gave me a full breakdown on cost before he proceeded, then charged exactly what he had quoted. The price was fair. A+

Central One Service was amazing. I needed repair work done quickly as I’m trying to sell my home and they came to service my refrigerator the next day! Justin was professional , thorough and answered all my questions which put my mind at ease! He had the parts and fixed my refrigerator very quickly. I would refer Central One to everybody!

My landlord hires Central one to fix things for us. They have fixed my dishwasher and cleaned out the dryer vents. The serviceman that came was friendly and I would recommend using them.

A technician (Brandon) came the same day I called to make an appointment. He was on time, friendly, professional, and helpful. He even took a moment to make friends with the puppy! He quickly made the needed repair and cleaned up after his work. I readily recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs. Although they did not repair my dryer because it wasn’t my dryer that was broken, but actually an electrical issue, I was very impressed. Justin was on time, very professional, and also offered additional information to me that was very helpful about my appliance. The process was smooth and easy. Called, made an appointment, they were here the next day.

They came to clean out my dryer vent. They weren't even here 30 minutes. The bill was $260.51. I thought it was pretty high for what they did.

The technician was courteous and professional. He was very easy to talk to and he was clear about what was wrong with my appliance.. I would definently use them again!

They were in a rush & did not give adequate attention to the issue in order to correct it. (Another company ended up dong the work). I made payment to Central One, but complained. They were nice enough to issue a refund, so I am of the mind to give them another try since in the end they did the right thing.

Found this business on Angi. Prompt call to me to set an appointment and give name of service technician. He arrived as scheduled and called in advance. Diagnosed the issue and explained the billing process-$100 for the service call and half of the cost of the part needed. No big deal. However the part was no longer manufactured. They could find one from another source and it was 50% more expensive. Given that the total cost of the repairs would end up being around $400 and we’d never be able to get another part, we decided to buy a new washer. I realize they can’t control parts availability, but I’d feel better if they hadn’t charged me for a part that was no longer made. I would call them again for service, but I would make sure any part was available up front.
