False advertising. They claim to be a 24/7 service, yet told me they charge extra for after hours. Then when I asked how much the charge would be, they informed me they do not have after hour services. Ya contradicted yourself little feller. I will never recommend a dishonest company, and neither should you.

They sent someone who couldn’t work on my unit. Refused to reschedule at agreed price. When we rescheduled they tried to come outside of the time slot. I stated I could not make it prior to our agreed time, and was hung up on. Called back and no answer.

They came to our business because our walk-in freezer was down and then told us we needed a new compressor, we got a second opinion because we did not believe them, and we got it fixed for a few hundred dollars instead of thousands they told us, not too honest if ask me.

The technician came out to my house to fix my washer, he did absolutely nothing. My washer was not fixed and I called him less than an hour after he left and informed him my washer was not working still. I paid 189 dollars, just for him to tell me I need to pay 250 dollars more. This interaction was a waste of time and money.

Worker came out in May to check my 92-year-old mom’s AC unit. All he did was hose down her compressor unit and charged her $228 for it. He basically did what I could have done for FREE. Never came inside the house, never checked the filters. Also said the coolant levels were good, but here it is three months later, and she no longer has cold air. Total rip off…

Service guy came in really didn't know what he was doing and then told me it would be 500.00 repair on a 5 year old washer. First said the 400.00 plus was the price of the part. Them when I questioned him it was a different price of 500.00 for the whole repair. I have had work done by this company for over 15 or more years but I will not be calling again. You really should hire people that have a clue of how to talk to others and not be disrespectful

I set appointment to have spider assembly and door gasket replaced which I had the parts for and they were told this when the appointment was set. The tech arrived at the last minute and said no way could he do this job alone and had 8 more stops this day. They never had any intent to fix my washer. They are only interested in collecting their service call fee. Do not use this company.

Lousy group of individuals. Backstory: My parents GE washer stopped spinning. Matthew came out 5 times and still could not get it to spin after taking my paremts old motherboard out and replacing it with new ones. They have given my parents the run around and have not refunded my parents after ruining their washer, which still will not spin. The repairman, Matthew, brought in two motherboards that never corrected the issue of my parents washer not spinning. My parents have called to inquire about a refund, but the receptionist keeps saying, "I don't know. I dont know when the owner will show up. She just shows up." Where is the refund? My parents washer still isn't functional.
My dad is an Air Force Veteran and my parents are in their 60s. Is this how you treat your customers? When they call, you just don't answer even though the call is number one in the queue. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
Take your business elsewhere. I don't support this local disgrace of a business. You reap what you sow.

UPDATE 1/17/2026:
My husband called the number and left a voicemail. Jeremy never returned the call. This has been about two weeks ago. How would you feel if you paid $500+ to have your washing machine repaired, the repairman only changed the motherboard, only used an electronic diagnostic device, didn't look at the belt or anything else, and the washer is still not functional? Jeremy, would you stand for this? Probably not. My mother is still trying to figure out how to wash her clothes and how she will pay for a new dryer.
