We were having constant issues with our AC. We figured it was time for a whole new system and decided to get some estimates. Chad from Hillenburg came out on the same day I called. He recommended the perfect unit for our home and our needs, at a very fair and reasonable price. Three days later, our installers showed up on time and got to work. Tyler and Tanner were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard until the job was done. They finished much quicker than I expected, explained everything and answered my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am beyond impressed by, and grateful for, Hillenburg. This company is the one to beat.

We had an amazing experience with Tyler. Not only did he fix our air conditioning promptly and efficiently, but he was also incredibly kind and patient. My daughter was fascinated by the work he was doing, and he took the time to explain everything to her with a great sense of humor. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled, but also genuinely attentive and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with Hillenburg Heat & Air. They installed a new HVAC system at the end of May. Chris came out and gave me a quote after he thoroughly inspected my old system. After two other consults, it was an easy decision to go with the company he works for. Chris is down to earth, pleasant, again, thorough, and very good at doing his job. Additonally, Cory and Tanner did the installation. They came out and worked very hard until the unit was installed, inspected, and tested. I was very impressed with their work. I do not hesitate to recommend Hillenburg to anyone, especially Cory and Tanner for the installation process. These guys are the best and definitely the "A" team!

Great crew, fast service. Just replaced an old unit that was 20 years old with an updated split system. Works great and only runs a fraction of the time to hold.

Highly recommend this company. I’m very new to the area. I called on a Sunday evening and Chris was at my door by 8:30 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and had my A/C working within 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable and very friendly. The cost of the service call and repair was VERY reasonable. Made our first call to Hillenburg around 2 years ago. Several of their guys have helped us on our properties. Every single one had a servant's heart, very helpful helping us understand all repairs or replacements. On one occasion where we would be out of heat, waiting for a part, Hillenburg went beyond the call of duty to keep us warm.

This was our second time to use Hillenburg. We were so impressed with the overall process the first time that we decided to call them again. We decided this time to heat and cool our garage. Chad came out very timely to discuss our options. We love our mini split and would definitely refer our friends to use Hillenburg. Thanks

Let me set the scene. June during a heat wave- our A/C unit went out.

We originally had a different company come out on a Tuesday and they told us that the parts we needed they were not able to get until the following week and recommended we call Hillenburg and they likely could get us taken care of quicker than they could.

We had Steve from Hillenburg come to our house on a Thursday. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained to us that we needed a sensor replaced and there was a leak in the coil so needed that replaced as well. He told us they do not have those parts in stock and would get those ordered, but would likely be Monday. Monday rolls around and we hadn’t heard anything regarding our appointment, my husband calls the office to see if we were still on the schedule & if so, what time and Skylar answered. She was less than pleasant. We were on the schedule for Tuesday.

On Tuesday, 2 techs come out- I didn’t catch their names, but they were less than professional. Asked to borrow items because they did not have with them in their truck. Finally, one comes and tells me they cannot fix the unit because they were only told about a sensor but there was a coil issue as well. To which we replied that Steve had already told us that so why the part wasn’t with them was beyond me.
My husband called and spoke with Brandon. Was he a little frustrated? Yes, we both were. As we had every right to be. BUT Brandon had an attitude and was defensive from the moment he answered the phone. Brandon told us the part was in Little Rock and they simply could not go and get it that day. So we offered to drive to Little Rock to pick the part up if that meant we could get our A/C unit fixed. Brandon said they’d be back the following day. When asked what happened with the part communication the first time, Brandon said that Steve had worked for him for a long time and if it wasn’t in his notes he didn’t know about it. Even though, he told us what was wrong. Clearly a miscommunication among Hillenburg employees. Brandon was also less than pleasant during this exchange.

Come to find out, Brandon was sharing with other employees that my husband cussed him out. An attack on his character that was absolutely not true.

The 4th technician that came to our house finally fixed the unit and was very helpful and kind. But overall, 8 days without A/C and the way we were treated was unacceptable. Them coming highly recommended is crazy to me.

If you want a company with integrity, this one is not it.

Their customer service deserves 6 stars. My AC went out, I called first thing in the morning. They had a technician, Tyler, out to my house the same day. At the same time I was replacing my water heater. Tyler assisted me with the installation of my water heater (free of charge) after diagnosing my air handling unit. I will 100% trust this company with my future HVAC needs.

Replaced my AC unit. Told me needed my ducts redone because my air from unit is escaping into attic. Got it scheduled and taken care of. Brandon is a great guy to work with and to communicate with. Great company.

We just had Chad from hillenburg come out to look at our unit that needs to be replaced. He came out exactly when they said he would be here, was very friendly and gave us a lot of good information. Went over all the options with us and what would best work for our home. Was able to schedule the replacement in just days from now. We could not be happier with the company. Looking forward to our new system soon.

Just mover here from AZ and had trouble with my AC and The Customer Service from the first call witch happened to be the owner, to the service tech that came out was absolutely Great! Both Tyler and Steve are very polite and very friendly and professional! Prices are very reasonable! Great job Will definitely recommend them if I hear anyone needing Hvac service!! We have had so many problems with our air this summer and they have come out every time and got it fixed. Always so punctual and kind. Thank you for your service and I highly recommend this business!
