Called in the morning because my unit wasn't kicking on, and a Technician showed up within a couple hours. Chris was polite and professional, and had my problem diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. He explained exactly what the problem was, which I appreciated. Will definitely be using you guys in the future!

Great experience working with this company! People on the phone from the office were very kind, and the tech who came out, Chris, took care of business and got our air working again quickly! He was professional, respectful, and carried a calm energy that was great for our 3 year old. We appreciated how he took time to explain, showed us where the problems were occurring, and helped us know what we can do in the future. I’m sure when the time comes we’ll use this HVAC service again because of the great work being done by Chris and the team!

These guys are the best! Brandon, the owner was always willing to answer our calls and answer any questions we had. Jeremiah came out on a Sunday and was just as kind and very knowledgeable. I had this company come out today and replace a 5 ton unit. Great pricing and professional service. The crew they sent out Tate and Connor were awesome. They knocked this thing out of the park and it was not an easy installation. But to be honest my favorite part of the install was watching Tate and Connor teach the apprentice they had with them. Bringing up the next generation of skilled tradesman is what is all about out.

Woke up this Sunday morning 19 degrees, 8” of snow and our heat was off. Left a message at 5:30am and received a call before 7am. They were out by noon and had the heat back on within the hour. Bless you Hillenburg Heat & Air. Thank you.

A huge shout out to Chris! During the ice storm our heater unfortunately went out. Chris came out as soon as he could, very polite, professional, and took care of my family. The Keele family thanks you so much!

Kyle was our technician and he was incredible. Really nice and genuine guy, troubleshot everything he could think of until he found the problem and fixed our unit. Our house was approaching 90 degrees and he worked incredibly hard until he was able to fix it. To make it better, I called at 3pm and Kyle was out to fix it at exactly 5pm. I cannot reccomend these people enough!

Jeremiah came out to service my AC after I called them because Sanders said I needed a new unit and quoted me over $15K. Jeremiah came out, walked me out to the unit and showed me it was just low on Freon. He filled it with Freon, serviced the unit, walked in the house and checked the temps from the vents, and told me about a great annual service membership that would actually save me money and ensure my unit last for years. I will definitely be using Hillenburg going forward.

AJ came out to perform our fall maintenance on our system. He was on time, courteous and efficient. He explained to my wife everything that he was doing and wellness status of our system. Highly recommend Hillenburg for yearly service contract!

My elderly mom’s AC failed in 100 degree weather a few weeks ago and I live out of state.

Thank you for sending Steve out the same day I called! He fixed our furnace fan that was messed up by another company during winter maintenance check and made it vibrate bad. It appeared the other company stripped screws and left some out. He saw the issue immediately and fixed it. I had gotten a quote to replace fan motor from other company that caused the issue but since Steve fixed it he saved me hundreds of dollars. I am your customer from now on and appreciate you all being an honest, local company.

My how was like 92°+ and my unit wasn’t cooling my house. After trying to call a few different places, Hillenburg actually answered the phone, with a human. They told me they only had after hours appointments (good to know if I have an emergency they offer those) available for that day (Tuesday) Or, I could set up an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. There would be a charge for an after hours appointment so I opted for the 9 AM.
The Tech Chris arrived early, was open and honest. He didn’t try to up sales anything, cleaned my unit and replaced my thermostat. Made me aware of their other services. My house is now cool. They made me aware of their warranties. Charge me a fair price. (Less than i was expecting) And we’re on their way in less than an hour. Would highly recommend using them! And if you’re lucky you’ll get Chris as your tech. He doesn’t awesome job

Words can not express my gratitude to these gentlemen who can out to our house. They told me that I need to get a carbon monoxide detector because we have gas. I didn’t really think we needed one but I bought one anyway and last night it saved me, my wife and kids lives. Thank yall for everything AB’s may God bless you🙂

Huge shout out to Josh and Chad! Not only was this company open early on a Sunday morning, but they were able to fix my heat the very same day in the snow and freezing temperatures. I am incredibly grateful that they came out in such terrible conditions and took care of the problem so quickly. Their professionalism and dedication truly went above and beyond. I will absolutely be using this company again and highly recommend them to anyone in need.

We've been dealing with issues with our unit for a few years we've had several people come out to look at the unit and say nothing is wrong or I dont know what's wrong ! We had a issue at 430 in the morning I called as soon as they was open and they had some one out in 40 minutes top! Steve and a young guy came in was very professional and he knew the problem in less than 1 min they had the stuff to fix it on the truck got me fixed up and going I couldn't brag anymore on these guys if I could give them a 10 star I would! Dont waste your time on Google to find another company You have Found it here ! These guys are amazing!

Love this company! Had to purchase whole new exterior unit a few years back and they always take care of any small issues that arise. Steve is a wonderful tech who explains everything and is polite and courteous. All the employees have been phenomenal and we recommend them highly.

My kitchen sink was backed up for like 2 months and I finally said I need someone to come out soon. I honestly wasn’t expecting JP to come out within a few hours but he did and I’m SOO glad that he did. He made my day by fixing my sink lol. I absolutely hate washing dishes but how I was washing them I was ready for my sink to be working again. He fixed my kitchen sink within an hour and he did a fabulous job. I’m soooo glad that I found him on the internet cause he did an awesome job!!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know!!!! Thank you soooo much again!!!
