We recently purchased a home in Cabot with an abundance of mature trees a little too close to the house/room and pool Jason came out to bid and offer his suggestions on which trees needed to be removed. Bid was competitive but what sold us on using Rowland was his professionalism and respect he showed my wife and I. Jason and his crew showed on time and completed the job in one day. 11 trees w/stumps and debris was completely cleaned up including the driveway and street where they where set up. I would highly recommend Rowland Tree Service and will use them again

Mr. Rowland was not only prompt, courteous and professional, he was warm and welcoming. I know very minimal about trees and landscaping and he took the time to explain what was on my property and make suggestions, he was able to break down complex issues to the novice level for me to understand and execute what I was planning. Jason is outstanding. His quotes are way under any other local tree service and he is user friendly. You couldn’t ask for anything more than that. Stop reading reviews and give Mr. Rowland a call.

You get what you pay for!! After a horrible experience with another tree removal company, Rowland Tree Service came to my rescue and completed the job perfectly and professionally! The first company was cheaper; however, they did not take the necessary steps to remove properly or protect my home, allowing a large limb to fall on my roof. I stopped any further cutting and contacted Rowland Tree Service who were more expensive but completed the job beyond my expectations making it well worth the extra money. Quality is worth the investment!!

I called Rowland's for a quote and Jason came out right away. He walked the property with me as I explained what I was wanting to do to open up the lot. He gave me a reasonable quote to remove 15 trees, grind down the 3 stumps in the front and trim back the remaining trees from over the house. We had some scheduling challenges due to weather and my travel schedule. Jason remained in contact with me as we worked through the challenges. When the team came out they were prompt, took great care to remove all the trees and clean up after. I am beyond pleased with the quality of the job and my lot looks great. The before and after is just an amazing difference. Thank you to Rowland's Tree Service, I would highly recommend!!

This was the most professional service I have received from any company in several years. I left a request for an estimate on their website and had a call from Mr. Rowland promptly. The next day he was out to provide a very reasonable estimate. One day later they showed up at the time they said and quickly and efficiently removed an oak tree from a small yard with electrical wires. Mr. Rowland did everything he promised and his crew was courteous and professional. And he doesn't show up with some rusted out 16' flatbed trailer behind a pickup truck. This is a PROFESSIONAL tree service. He also was able to accommodate with a bucket truck that could fit through a 'walk in' gate of just 40". They left the yard and street clean as a whistle.

I would give Rowlands's a great reference, quick response removed the three full grown Oak trunks that fell INTO my garage.

Found a large tree limb had fell on my house about 4:30 called to see if they could remove it right away because I was afraid of doing more damage. They were very responsive and with in 30-45 minutes he was there with a Crain and bucket truck and lifted the tree from my house.

Jason was able to give me a quote a day after my first call. Work was scheduled within a week and he kept me informed. They were very fast at completing the work and it was done as he had described to me. I was more than impressed with how the clean up was done, not even a twig left behind. Jason and his crew are the best!

A big thanks, to Mr Roland and his team! Between the close call of the tornado damage and the massive fallen oaks due to the wind storm in the back of our lot, I was growing more concerned about a tree that could have easily taken out house, garage and camper all at once if it fell. Ķ They brought it down with ease and professionalism even during these overly hot days. Tried to save them a little work by leaving the raking to me and he looked me in the eyes and with a smile said "there's only 2 ways to do a job... do it right, or don't do it at all!" Great folks! Great team! Highly recommend!!

Rowland Tree Service did such an amazing job for us!! They cut down 2 trees and ground 1 stump. One of the trees was probably 100 years old and very large and really close to our house. They were very professional and so nice. If you need any work done I would highly recommend them. Thank you for all that you did for us!!

Great service!! extremely large tree near my house with towering limbs above my roof. less than one day the tree was gone as if it never existed. Mr. Rowland is a professional with the right tools and expertise to handle any hazardous tree.

Great service. Was able to get the job done same day. Took down a very large pecan tree leaning towards the house in less than an hour. Very pleased.

I had a VERY dead, rather large pine tree uncomfortably close to my house. Jason got me on his schedule really quick. He showed up and he and his crew had the job done in a couple of hours for a great price. They left everything very clean and even cleaned my deck off! Rowland Tree Service gave me the best home repair experience I’ve had in years! I had a Bradford pear tree that split, and it was in a corner beside the fences of 4 houses. It also extended over my neighbor’s shed, so I was very concerned about getting it down without damaging any property. Rowland Tree Service removed the tree with no issues. (If you have a small Bradford pear tree, do yourself a favor and GET IT REMOVED. You’ll save hundreds.)

Also, Mr. Rowland was always responsive and professional. He was prompt and communicated with me regularly. He answered all of my questions and listened to all my concerns. He and his worker cleaned up every bit of the mess. I’ll use him again without any reservations.

Over 60 plus foot tree blown on top of my home. Worse thing is NOT knowing if or when the tree would cut though my home like a knife cutting butter. In about 6 hours of notification Rowland Tree Service Inc., showed up & in 3 hours the tree was completely gone!!

Rowland Tree Service is the best! We had a tree cut down (by another company) and they simply left it. What a mess! We were told that the city would pick it up. Not true. My sons and I cleaned as much as we could, but some of the pieces were too big. So, we called the professionals. They cleared the remaining debris and left us with a clean lawn. BTW... Mr. Rowland is sooo knowledgeable about trees and more. You could never go wrong using his service.

We had a tree fall on our house late on a Thursday night. Our insurance did not have a tree removal service under contract, so they requested we procure our own. I found Rowland through a quick Google search and he was at our house in less than an hour. Once insurance approved his quote, him and his team were at my house, unloaded, tree removed, debris cleaned up, and gone in less than 2 hours. With the threat of more rain coming, this was crucial in allowing the mitigation team to come in and cover the holes in my roof to prevent further water damage. Thank you to these fine men for a quick and professional job well done. I have two more trees that need to come down, so when I recover from this disaster, I'll have them remove those other trees to prevent another disaster from occurring.

Rowland Tree service just removed a tree on my property today. We had a river birch in our front lawn that would have affected our driveway and foundation. I spoke with Jason yesterday about pricing and booked him with a time line of a week or so, but Jason reached out to me every step of the way letting me know they could get to us this morning. They came by at around 9 am and had the project completed within an hour and a half. Wonderful service and a affordable price. Highly recommend Jason and his wonderful team!

This is going to be a little long, but you need to know!

Jason was so respectful to me from our very first conversation all the way through the job. Most of my questions were answered by him before I could ask, because he was very thorough when discussing a job. When I did have a question, he listened and gave honest, well thought out responses.

Our yard can be soft if we are having wetter faller and/or winter. Jason was concerned about our yard before he ever saw it. When he did, it was obvious to him that it would likely be soft until next summer. It was late fall when we called him, so once we hired him, he wanted to beat any weather. There was substantial rain in the forecast for Wednesday. The Saturday before they started, Jason came to the house, walked the yard and made a plan to maximum his crew’s time. He and his crew arrived on Monday morning at 0700 and had the first tree down before I left for work and 0720. By 1500 (3 PM) Tuesday, they had cut 10 very large trees and ground the stumps. They are a well oiled machine!

He and his crew were careful around our watering system. They made sure the dog was inside before returning to work after lunch. They left yard pretty much ready to plant. If you are super particular about a level yard, you will need some dirt/sand to help with this, but that should be expected due to the weight of the equipment.

My only regret, not getting before and after pictures!
