A tree on our property developed a split, so we had AR Tree and Stump evaluate it. The owner, Jay, came out. Very professional, clear communication. We decided to wait a few months, but after it split a little more I called again and had us put on the schedule.

The tree (a large oak near power lines) was quickly taken down. Again, they communicated clearly about when they'd arrive, and they were extremely professional.

It's important to know you can trust the folks doing work at your home, particularly dangerous work or work to prevent a tree landing on your home or power lines. AR T & S came highly recommended, and now I can see why. I won't let anyone else cut trees for me as long as they're around--they're good at what they do, professional, fairly priced, and trustworthy.

I cannot say enough about the value and quality and thoroughness of Arkansas Tree and Stump. They exceeded our expectations, taking down 2 trees between our deck and fence, grinding the stumps and roots, and grooming the whole area so that you can't even tell they were there. They left no damage to the yard and even raked & blew every stray leaf and twig off our yard. The crew worked so well together. I would trust this owner and crew with any job. Exceptional.

Jay & his guys at Arkansas Tree & Stump are amazing!! Jay was quick to come out and survey our backyard and all the stumps, limbs and such that we wanted addressed. He even helped me make the call to get my power box lines assessed so that we didn’t run into any issues. I was very pleased with how quickly they came and got to work, trimming/pruning a huge tree that had limbs over my roof and grinding and removing several stumps that were making mowing a major pain. Not a limb, stick or leaf was left after they packed up and leaf blew the front yard too! I can’t recommend them enough!!

We had Arkansas Tree and stump out to are home about two weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had them cut down 6 or 7 trees. Trim a GIANT oak tree and grind stumps. They also removed all debris. Jay and his crew worked very very long hard to complete this job (6:30am to 7:30pm).

I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely call them again, as needed in the future.

Jay and his crew at Arkansas Tree and Stump are awesome. They took care of 2 problem trees for me in less than 24 hours from the initial phone call to actual tree removal. Would highly recommend to anyone. They are straightforward, honest, very prompt, and very professional. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely use them again when I need them.

Great place to do business with! Jay and his crew are awesome! Very professional. We had a tree fall on our house and they were quick to get out here when we called to give their estimate and when I called the next day to give them the go ahead they were out the day after that! I am very impressed with Jay and his crew at AR Tree and Stump!

I contacted Jay for a bid on some work in my yard including removal of a dead tree. Jay returned my initial call within a couple hours, then he showed up to talk to me about the job, in great detail and on-site, the following day. He didn’t rush me, he answered all my questions, he provided good additional information where appropriate, and he provided the (completely reasonable) bid – right there on the spot (no waiting three or more weeks - like most service companies - to hear back with a price).

Jay then scheduled with me to return within two weeks - to complete the job. After just one week… he called to say he’d come…in two days. He then called (the day prior) to remind me that he was coming the following morning. The crew showed up on the promised day - exactly on time! He went over my expectations with me, before he and his crew began. When they were finished, we reviewed everything that he and his crew had done, and he told me to call him if I found anything at all that was not 100% to my expectations.

Jay and his entire crew exceeded my expectations in all areas including knowledge, skill, efficiency, safety, professionalism, quality of work, and overall customer satisfaction. Jay's dedication to high customer service standards is outstanding - which is so refreshing – especially these days. If only I could find other service providers that are this dedicated! I will recommend AR Tree and Stump every chance I get!

Jay and the team were awesome. They came out quickly after I called and got the job done! They were super professional and super organized. They even removed all the limbs and yard wast that my husband had trimmed and put on the street for the city to remove at a later date. I would totally recommend for your tree and stump removal needs!

Great company and easy to work with. I’ve called to use them twice and the first time they came out and were honest with me about not needing their service and didn’t charge me to come out. (The tree didn’t need to come down right away) called the second time when the tree is ready to come down and he came and gave me an estimate the next day. They came and did the work the next week and they were in and out in one day. They did really great work, not only at my house but at a neighbors house the week before. They’re friendly, fast, and definitely worth the money! If you’re looking for a great company to take down some trees for you, look no further!

I can not recommend Jay Pratt and his crew enough. They were great to work with. Quick to respond prior to the job. They showed up exactly when Jay said they would and did a great job! You couldn't even tell they trimmed limbs for half a day, because my yard was so cleaned up when they left. Besides doing just a great job on the work, Jay and his guys were friendly and polite each time I spoke with them. Will absolutely use them again and refer them to friends and clients.

This is an exceptional company with superior customer service (owner Jay Pratt), superior equipment, and a superior work crew; which provided superior results on a residential job they completed for me. I had them remove a full grown (overgrown really) Bradford Pear, along with grinding the stump and roots which had all but destroyed my front yard. In addition, I had them remove 3 large limbs from a 50+' Ash tree which were overhanging the roof of my home. It was Impressive that they completed this job in around 3-hrs, which included removing ALL debris from the yard. I highly recommend that you give Jay a call!

Jay and his crew did a fantastic job, extremely professional and courteous at a very reasonable price. They had to bring cranes in on our driveway and yard in between 2 houses with power lines on both sides and it was amazing watching these guys work, they didn't damage a thing and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We were completely satisfied and will be calling on them again in the future. Awesome job !

We had Arkansas Tree and Stump remove 4 trees from our property and trim/tidy up 6 others. We have used them before for some stump removals and had a great experience so of course we called them again. Any time we use their services, they have been very pleasant and professional. They are very knowledgeable and always take the time to answer our questions. They did an excellent job shaping the trees that were trimmed and did a thorough job cleaning up the areas where trees were completely removed. Always so quick and efficient (much quicker than expected!). Anyone who is needing a tree removal service... you could not go wrong with Arkansas Tree and Stump, Inc.

I recently contacted Jay to remove two trees and grind the stumps in my backyard to avoid conflict with a new Pergola to be built. His team showed up about 7:40 am and were gone in less than two hours. It looked like the trees just disappeared. The cleanup was outstanding! There were no limbs, leaves, or bark chips when they left and the ground was leveled where the trees stood. I had a tree and stump removed a fews years back. I had to spend two days hauling off debris and wood chips and leveling the ground. Jay and team will leave you 100% satisfied at a fair price. Yesterday Jay and his crew came to take out several pine trees and stumps that needed removing. This is the second time that we have used his services and they are absolutely excellent in their work. They arrived right on time as they said they would and his crew is outstanding in their professionalism and know how. They have excellent equipment for any needs you might have in this area and I want to especially call out that they leave the work areas as good or better than they found it. Their services are highly recommended.

My mother had two trees to get removed. Jay and his crew came in and seemingly "erased" the trees. Jay was a good communicator and gave us a days notice before showing up. They blew debris off the roof, raked up all the trimmings and stump grindings, even put some yard furniture back. The back yard had zero damage from their equipment or falling branches. The thing that shows their attention to detail was this: One of their big trucks had an small oil leak on the public street, and someone thought to put oil-dry on it before they left. I had a massive oak tree very close to my house that was always dropping heavy branches and debris during storms, not to mention the amount of leaves to clean up every fall. Mr. Pratt, the owner, came to take a look, gave me a very reasonable quote, and was here with his team the very next week to remove it. They finished the job incredibly quickly and did an amazing job cleaning up. There was virtually zero damage to my lawn and they even cleared the tree's debris off my roof. First, apologies to these folks for not getting this review up sooner.

Second, outstanding service all around. I spoke with the owner on a few occasions trying to work around weather and some business travel, and he was transparent every step of the way. His crew was professional and did an incredible job on the two big trees I needed gone next to my house as well as the trimming on another. They ground the stumps and cleaned up more than they had to.

It's a weird kind of comfort to know exactly who you can call for a given job that needs to be done, and now I know who my tree people are.

We recently had a very difficult and tricky tree removed from our property. There aren't enough positive things I could say about Jay and his entire team! They were meticulous and informative every step of the way, I couldn't recommend them enough! You can tell he runs an exceptional company that truly cares about his employees and their safety. We had to remove a portion of our rock bed borders and solar lights, they placed everything back and in better shape than when they started! A million thanks to Jay & his team!
