Alyssa did such a thorough job! She is so knowledgeable! Loved having her service our unit!

Our air handler froze up. They sent Alisa out to fix it. She was very thorough in searching and diagnosing the issue. We had a contact on our outside unit faulty causing it to run constantly. She fixed the issue as well as performing work normally done during our bi annual maintenance. I highly recommend Alisa for any heat and air work. A very professional and knowledgeable person. Alisa and her coworkers that make up the Freyaldenhoven team are great. I would also recommend getting a maintenance contract. This alone could save you a great deal of money as well as extending the life of your air unit.

Freyaldenhoven is great! My parents have used them for 20+ years. When I moved to Little Rock, I was glad to learn their service area expanded outside of Conway.

When reaching out, the person on the phone was very helpful, and we got same day service. Tadd was great! He was friendly and we appreciated him showing us the exact issue so you know exactly what you are paying for. He also gave us tips on ways to keep the unit clean and running more efficiently.

I highly recommend Freyaldenhoven to everyone in central Arkansas!

Alyssa was absolutely on point this past weekend! We had our AC unit go out and I was out of town with only my son at home. He called Freyaldenhoven and they scheduled a same day service call, they had us up and running in no time at all! Thanks Alyssa for taking pride in your career and the company you work for. I needed after hours repair. Sunday August 24, 2025. JD arrived at 9:05 PM. He was very professional and knew immediately what the problem was and had the part to do the repair. I gave him a large water and allowed him space. He was done in about an hour.
I am so pleased and impressed with this company. The BEST service I have EVER had with heating and air conditioning and I have, unfortunately, had many!!! Thank you!!!! You are highly recommended. A+. God bless this company!!! Hard to find these days!!!

The technician, Cory, diagnosed the problem with our heat pump and was able to fix the problem relatively quickly. He was courteous, professional, and very skilled.

Tadd was a master! He quickly found the two leaks in my unit and got it fixed! He was very friendly and professional, and got the job done! We have an arctic storm coming in a couple days, and I’m so relieved to have my unit heating and working! Tadd and Freyaldenhoven are life savers! Thank you!

I moved my contract from AirCo to Freyaldenhoven this year and am I ever glad I did! I had several problems the last few months. Freyaldenhoven was quick to answer my calls and their service techs came out when they said they would, which included multiple times after hours. They made sure things were fixed and we were up and running. The value of my contract for what they do is top notch. They do not nickel and dime for emergency services. That was not my experience with a competitor.

Jonathan recently spent multiple hours fixing several problems. He didn’t leave until each issue was resolved.

Cory came out today and quickly identified that the problem was either going to be the reverse valve or a sensor. It turned out to be the outside temperature sensor, which was the better issue to have, and he took time to explain how that was causing a disagreement in system communication with our thermostat, leading to the revving we were hearing. He was friendly and made sure everything was working well after replacing the sensor. Thanks, Cory!

Our service technician, Alyssa was on time, very pleasant and did a great job repairing the condensate pump.
