It had been a while since I had my HVAC maintenance done, but once I contacted Freyaldenhoven Heating and Cooling, I didn’t have to worry. The tech, Kevin, was great—knowledgeable, courteous, and very understanding. He answered my questions and made sure everything was in order before he left. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Freyaldenhoven Hearing and Cooling.

My experience as a first time customer today has been great! I was referred by my boss, and he was right about this company! Chris and Corey came out and were very friendly, courteous, prompt, thorough and skilled in their profession. This is what great quality customer service is!! I definitely recommend this service you guys! Give them a call!! You won't be disappointed!!!

Good knowledgeable service techs are always busy! Not just anyone can work on a Geothermal system. I had issues with my ClimateMaster unit. My service tech went above and beyond to get another distributor to help me get my system replaced. I cannot thank, Elijah Stell with Freyaldenhoven and Jason Hendrix with Air Products Supply, enough for the help!

We had a system error pop up on our Trane unit over the weekend. I called Freyaldebhoven Monday morning and they got a technician out the same day. Cory, the technician, was extremely polite and very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and did not leave until it was fixed to Freyaldenhoven’s standards and they set the bar high! I would highly recommend Freyaldenhoven Heating and Cooling. They are a great company to do business with and Cory proved that their service is top notch!

Have used this company multiple times. Always timely and accommodating. Jeff M. was the technician. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything very well. Friendly and felt safe with him in my home. Reasonable diagnostic fee.

We had some ongoing issues with our air handler leaking water into our drain pan. Previous techs were unable to resolve. Alyssa was able to find and resolve issue. She explained everything clearly to where I could understand it. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. I would highly recommend Freyaldenhoven Heating & Air and especially Alyssa for anyone needing reliable service.

I haven’t used Freyaldenhoven for my HVAC service yet, but plan to in the future if I need to. I was out driving in the snow to a family members house and passed by a young lady in a Freyaldenhoven van who was helping a person out stuck in the snow. She pulled over to the side and pushed their car out for them! I was very impressed by her kind heart and work ethic to be out here working in this chaos. It’s not often you find young people who care enough to help people in need with nothing in return. 5 stars to the lady at Freyaldenhoven! We need more people like her in the world! If you want a company that cares, this is the one for you.

We had an issue with our mini-split. Zachary arrived and began his diagnosis and determined that it was low refrigerant. Zachary was very thorough and courteous. I was pleased with their service and would recommend them.

I am incredibly impressed by the technician who serviced my furnace/air conditioner. He spent several hours checking the equipment and cleaning - not less than 1/2 hour like previous company. I am extremely appreciative of the careful maintenance shown.

Cory came out and got our AC unit fixed so quickly! He was thorough and very nice! I greatly appreciate him.

Josh and KC did a fantastic job replacing an old heating unit! The work to install the new unit and bring everything up to code was extensive. They worked hard, were very polite, and their expertise was evident. Thank you!!

Absolutely wonderful service! I had my cleaning done on Wednesday mid morning where they found an issue with my furnace. They sent someone out for an in-person 2nd opinion and by friday they were installing the new heat exchanger. Every tech that we encountered (Alyssa, Cory, and Eric) did a wonderful job! Alyssa made sure to listen to our concerns and answer every question. She even showed us videos on what our unit was doing versus what it should have been doing. Cory and Eric were very professional through installation and did their best to make sure we were taken care of. (Which means a ton considering we have 3 kids and it was about to get really cold) We are so proud to be freyaldenhoven customers and are going to be customers for life!

Freyaldenhoven sent a young lady to our house by the name of Alyssa. She was an absolute and complete joy to have....both personally and professionally. Her personality and attitude is better than I've ever experienced from anyone that's been out here before. She was very knowledgeable and she worked with the finesse and speed of a seasoned veteran. She knew every step from start to finish and even coordinated with me while I changed a pair of breakers in my breaker box. If at any point in the future I need service, I will most definitely request that she come back. She is skilled, educated, a pure joy to speak with in general and I was very, very impressed by her. If you guys want the same level of service.....take it from me and request her!!!!! Also, I want to know that she received this review lol!!! THANK YOU ALYSSA!!!!!!! You truly were great to have out.....I can't express enough just how happy I am!!!!!!

KC & Josh did a great job installing our HVAC system. They were on time and worked diligently all day to get the job completed. Thank you!!

I have been having issues with my heating unit, causing extremely high electric bills. Cory came out and worked until he found and fixed the issue. He is so nice, honest and cares about the customer. I will be requesting him for my services in the future.

Would highly recommend Freyaldenhoven for their prompt response, communication, and professional installation. We had a new system installed before the snow storm and they are top notch. As a former HVAC tech, I’ve never seen a better swap out install and care for my home.

A special thank you thank you to JD!!! We had a coil replaced JD went above and beyond for several hrs to get this fixed. Our attic was too small so two other men came to help get the coil in the attic ( a special thank you to them too). JD is such a nice young man we had a patch of ice at our garage- he took a shovel and removed this for us! We really appreciate JD and thank him very very much for all the hard work!!

Jeff came later in the afternoon and performed Great Diagnostics and determined the problem quickly. He replaced the 2 defective parts and quickly had my upstairs A/C in Good working order again on a Hot afternoon!! THANKS Jeff and Freyaldenhoven Heating and Cooling!!!!

We have always been pleased with Freyaldenhoven for our hvac systems. We tried a competitor one year because our new house already had a contract, and there’s no comparison - Freyaldenhoven is terrific. Today our tech Alyssa did a very thorough job and explained everything in detail. We’re happy clients!

When our HVAC went out & needed extensive repairs we got quotes from 6+ companies but Brian Parsons with Freyaldenhoven not only had the best vibes but also the best quote. We wanted to update our old ductwork as well and they put together a professional plan and an overall great deal. Casey and Josh with the installation team were amazing, super responsive to the questions I had, and did a killer job!! I know my attic must have been a nightmare to get around in but they couldn't have been friendlier and more professional. I can't recommend these guys enough!
