Tommy responded to an emergency heat issue so quickly. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure to update me throughout the whole process and left no questions un-answered. 10/10 recommend! Will be using them again for all future work.

I have called Freyaldenhoven now for multiple things but today I needed some help with one of my AC units. I had a suspicion my dog did something to the outside unit when he was running around like a lunatic 🤣 ..I was correct! Cory came out and checked out my unit, fixed it up and got my filter replaced! He was friendly, professional and went the extra mile! I appreciate him getting us fixed up so we could have cool air again!

I recently had an issue with my furnace during the recent cold snap, and Freyaldenhoven came through in a big way. Cory was the technician who handled the repair, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived right on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, got right to work, didn't cut any corners and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The furnace is now running again like new, and the house is nice and warm again. Cory was also super friendly which made the whole experience stress-free. If you're looking for reliable heat & air service, I highly recommend Freyaldenhoven. They earned every one of these 5 stars. Thank you!

My techs were on time, efficient and super helpful! They took their time & thoroughly worked on my units. They addressed all of my concerns & went the extra mile to make sure everything was addressed & working properly! They explained what they did, potential issues that may arise so we & they would be aware should anything occur. Hope I didn’t leave out anything else they did! Chris and Alyssa were awesome! Would love for them to always be my maintenance team for future visits!

Our AC tapped out right when life was already on expert mode because my wife is about to have heart surgery. I promised her I’d get it fixed, and this man said he only came out that late because he loves his wife too and respected that. Instant legend status.

Not only did he know exactly what to do, he handled it like it was light work. No confusion. No guessing. Just straight “I got this” energy. Had the unit up and running like it never embarrassed us in the first place.

And the vibes? Elite. Man had a great sense of humor, kept it chill, and after fixing everything he stayed and talked with me for like 30 minutes just like a normal human being. Not rushing. Not fake nice. Just solid dude energy.

Honestly, this guy is the final boss of HVAC. He should be training everybody. If there was an MVP award for AC and heating techs, he’s got it on lock.

I contacted Scott Freyaldenoven this morning reference one of my air conditioner outside units being blown off it’s base from the storm this morning. He dispatched the on call service provider. Alyssa called me immediately and told me she would be there within 10 minutes. She was extremely professional, caring and completed the job in a short period of time. A++++ for Alyssa!!!!

Cory and Eric did a great job. Super friendly, and professional. Called and got service the same day. They even stayed after hours making sure we were taken care off. Highly recommend.

Kevin came to our house right on time this Tuesday. He performed maintenance on our upstairs and downstairs unit. He was diligent and thorough. We are new customers with Freyaldenhoven and look forward to a great relationship.
