What was to be a 2 day job, ended up taking 6 weeks. A simple replacement of new ac unit and furnace and new ducts in attic on a small 950 sq ft house. Everything he needed was there brand knew in boxes. He dropped off his employees who did not have transportation, They turned on the radio very loud, On the first day all they did was some ducts taped to vents. Employee had to ask to be taken to get drinks and cigarettes and then he couldn't get his boss to answer phone when it was time for him to go home. This went on for a week, finally they had the a/c unit installed, the furnace set in and ducts and vents installed. Mr Abram, never once got in the attic to check their work. They left a pair of pliers hooked to a electric wire above breaker box, the ducts have started coming loose from vents so the cold air is going into the attic. He didn't install return vent in hall. He removed copper gas line from my stove and used it for furnace, but charged me for it. I called him many times to hook the gas line to the furnace, usually I would get no answer, then when I did was he kept promising they would be back. he charged me 300.00 more than he originally agreed on and by this time he had been paid by escrow from bank...when i ask him to come and complete the job, he was very nasty on phone and started playing the race card...This was the worst experience I've ever had with any home repair co and....I still do not have working furnace and am going to have to get another company come and redo the mess he left. I took plenty of photos and am filing a complaint with HVAC licencing board. F for this company, I hope no one else will have to go through this.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! I purchased a property and paid Abram to get the property up to code for the power to be turned on by West Memphis utilities. Initially, the property passed inspection however the inspector was inexperienced and the city inspector reversed he inspection and pointed out several obvious reasons on why this inspection was failed. Mr. Abram's only installed covers for the electrical sockets and added battery operated alarms (which are not in code). Mr. Abrams refused to come back to the job site after the failed inspection until the West Memphis permitting office was notified. He says that he could not find a pipe that was needed and claimed every store he went to was out. The pipe was in plentiful supply Home Depot which I found in about 30 seconds. He does not an active electrical license with the state board. Long story short, this guy is a known grifter and apparently is well known to take months to do a simple job if he even does it. My GC and & are not local and we did not know. I have linked pictures of unaddressed issues from a recent electrical inspection from March 22nd, 2022. Apparently the contractor has been back on the inside since his initial "inspection" in December of last year. . Please, learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY!
