Both sides of my kitchen sink was clogged. After trying plunging, baking soda & vinegar, and cleaning out the pipes under the sink with no success, a friend recommended Benjamin Franklin. I called & gave some information over the phone and Josh arrived within 2 hours. He was great. Very professional and polite, he explained everything and told me the payment options upfront and got my sink going again in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Josh!!

We had the water heater in our crawl space fail and at the recommendation of our friends called Ben Franklin Plumbing. To our surprise they were able to respond that day at the specified time frame. Dylan arrived and was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He completed the replacement very quickly and even spent some time with us discussing and making suggestions for other plumbing changes we were considering. I highly recommend for burst pipe! Best plumbing service I've ever received. Corbin was so competent, knowledgeable and passionate about the repair. I figured after seeing all the damage that he'd come back the next day, but he ended up finishing it, within a couple hours after assessing the situation! I would trust him with all my plumbing needs in the future. Plus, Corbin and the company was very professional and quick responsiveness!

Tommy, Josh, & Tanner went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and make the appropriate repairs. Super fast service and nothing but professionalism from the entire company, from the office to the field. When the owner of the company is willing to do the dirty work right along with other employees, it speaks volumes of the type of company they run. Opened up my clogged drain. I thought it was a little expensive although he did a very good job overall. Their prompt.action saved our Thanksgiving weekend. With 15 guests coming we had to have A functioning water/waste system

Water leak in line to house. Due to health ressons was not able to view repairs so can’t give review. Called BF and told them problem. They responded quickly and had it fixed very quickly. Have used them before are trustworthy and so prompt. Am sure quality work was done and my worries put to rest. Highly recommend BF

Came equipped with tools and staff to fix our major water leak on line from street meter to house. Came up with plan B when two tries to run line under driveway ran into obstructions. Very happy with service and would use again.

We just had an emergency situation where our shower would not turn off due to a faulty shower fixture. We called a number of different places that have emergency plumbing service. BFP picked up, asked for information and said a tech wpuld be out shortly. Tommy arrived within an hour (or less) and I was blown away by the professionalism. He fixed the problem for the short term and quoted a long term solution after hours. They gained a customer who is new to the area and I will absolutely refer them to everyone.

WOW! We had a hot water heater go out and needed a plumber desperately on a Friday...thinking it would be impossible to have hot water till Monday. We called our independent and he was booked till Wednesday. We recalled the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing after remembering ads and seeing their fleet of trucks. So we gave them a call at Noon. At 2:30, Casey arrived sooner than expected followed by Josh and Corbin. They accessed the problem, ordered another electric water heater, had it delivered, and replaced the faulty one removed before 5:00PM. We were amazed at how efficient the team worked to get us hot water in less than 3 hours. Best experience we have EVER had with a service company. Thanks Casey, Josh and Corbin. Simply outstanding!

Shower and bathroom faucets installed. Pressure regulator installed to main feed line. Tommy was professional and highly competent, offering installation of shower faucet from inside shower rather than from wall behind, unlike other plumbers who came to see. Discounts with annual service contract basically paid service contract fee. BF will be our go-to plumber from now on.
