I live in the country but have city utilities. I discovered a major water leak last evening. I purchased the HS Utilities promoted American Water Resources Insurance in July of 2024 for $41.88. Cost for second year coverage was $107.88. After several calls to the insurance company, was told no one available for 6 days. Two households on my meter with water shut off. I called Benjamin Franklin this AM , plumber was here before noon. He was very knowledgeable, fixed problem for a reasonable price! Very satisfied ! !! No need have the insurance!

Great work, efficient, and professional. They had to repair 2 toilets & a sink drain. Would most definitely call again if I need anything.

Once again, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did not disappoint. I called a little after 8 am and was pleased to hear they could send someone by 3 pm. We had guests coming and the issue was in the guest bathroom. They called to ask if they could come early. Wow! They came, and not only did they fix the guest bathroom issue, they also replaced an outside, leaky water spigot. I feel bad that I can’t remember the names of the two gentlemen that showed up, but they were awesome.

They came and solved two problems. Our toilet in our Master Bath was clogged and our kitchen needed a good drain cleaning as well as a new drain in the right sink.

I have needed to use Ben Franklin twice recently for two different problems. Both times (unclogging a drain and fixing an outside leak) they were timely and did great work quickly. I will always call them for future plumbing problems.

Pricing way too high. They did show up on time, were friendly and made the repair. They charged almost $700 to change out a $50 water regulator. The water pressure in our 6 year old home spiked tremendously over last month. The old regulator wasn't tested and was in an easily accessible box in clear area. It took less than 10 minutes to dig and remove the shallow box. It took less than one hour to complete job. No equipment was required. Reasonable pricing would have allowed 5 stars. Can only recommend with high price warning.

These two young men were awesome. Chatted with me a little bit about the problem and then got to work. Polite, respectful and very thorough! I have used Benjamin Franklin for years but never for clogged drains in my beauty shop. I highly recommend them, great company.

The crew was professional as polite and accommodating. As they were finishing up they made everything was cleaned up.i couldn't ask for anything else they were awesome and I would call them again. We'll worth the cost

The plumber arrived early and repaired the exterior water leak in less than an house. It turned out to be warranty work and there was no charge. Great Christmas Gift!

Employee plumber, Dewayne and assistant, conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Went straight to the task and asked if I had any questions. Also extended membership for future services. Current service was free waterheater flush thru membership.

We had an issue with our sewer backing up due to collapsed sewer lines. We called Benjamin Franklin, and they sent someone out within the hour. They were able to find the problem quickly, answer all of our questions, and make the repairs as quickly as possible. We had an amazing experience! If you need them ask for Josh!

Earlier this year, my mom had two pipes burst between upper and lower floors. Josh Kizer of Ben Franklin came on a Saturday. Cut away the least amount of sheetrock possible and repaired both pipes in less than an hour. He was personable, professional and didnt try to sell us anything extra. Great job!

Very good response time. Clint came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, offered a choice of solutions with accurate cost estimates and installed the water heater the same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Nice company to do business with.

Customer service is excellent, the guys that came were super nice. But the job took less than 5 minutes and we had to pay $189. There ought to be a break in service changes for quick simple repairs.

On 11/20/2025 Josh and Carson made time in their busy schedule to come by and evaluate a leak in our guest bathroom sink. They quickly found the issue and made the necessary repairs. Ben Franklin plumbing is extremely responsive. Josh and Carson are great to work with.

Nick was very professional. Analyzed our problems, provided options and quotes. Explained what was really necessary and what the optional actions would do for us. In addition to sewer cleaning, he fixed a recent high pressure problem we had been having by installing a regulator. Fixed our problems and fully tested to verify. We were extremely happy with service and highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Well pleased with Ben Franklin’s work today. Called this morning and told them we had a plumbing problem and they sent a technician two hours later. He diagnosed it, and within an hour had the matter resolved. Dependable, knowledgeable, and courteous are words to describe the two men (Nick and Bradyn) that came. Price was fair Will definitely call them again if we have a plumbing issue.
