First my apologies to Lewis and Company for not getting this done earlier. Second, a fantastic job done on our driveway and game room! I've had many people come to work at my home since we've been here in Arkansas, but none as professional, on time (and early!), and performing work of excellent quality. All of the people that came into our home were respectful and personable. They were neat and clean in their work, friendly, and were waiting outside the door before their shift started... as well as being out on time every day so we could plan our evenings. Mike Lewis was fantastic in keeping us informed, and working closely with us on timelines and costs. Lewis and company may not be the cheapest, but in this case you get more than what you pay for. The quality of workmanship is superb and they make the experience positive in every way. I'll call them back for any other big projects I have on the property by all means.

Extremely impressed! Lewis and Company provided extensive exterior and interior repairs, plus a complete renovation, of my Mother's entire home after my Father passed. They were prompt, detailed, fantastic problem-solvers, and went above and beyond what was expected. They responded immediately when contacted with questions and kept us well-informed through the process. Not once did we worry that the work wasn't being completed correctly, which was an enormous blessing following the loss of a loved-one. Mom's house is now sturdy, safe, level, and beautiful! She -loves- it.

We hired Lewis & Company Construction to remodel our master bath after water damage was discovered in the existing space. They had built a beautiful concrete patio with outdoor kitchen and firepit last year, and we hired them for this remodel on the strength of their prior work. The complete experience was seamless and enjoyable from design to finishing touches. Mike Irmen and Terry Miller stood out for their excellent project management and communication with us. They paid attention to the smallest details, and the results are really stunning.

We have nothing but good things to say about the job Lewis & Co did for us, and all the crew that worked on our house. They are good people, friendly, hard workers, and very accommodating. They listened to our needs, and were totally receptive to ‘tweaks’ along the way, while making suggestions to make the project a successful one.

The basic project was to remove and replace the deck and stairs and replace the glass panels and sliding glass doors to the deck and stairs. Sounds simple enough, but anyone who has dealt with an older house knows to expect the unexpected.

Our house is a 90 yr old typical craftsman bungalow. Many years ago the back porch had been converted to a breakfast nook with glass panels and sliding glass door to the deck. On the adjacent wall was a glass panel and a sliding glass door with stairs (1 story) down to the back yard. All the glass, doors, deck and stairs were removed and replaced. We chose Pella for the glass and doors (anodized aluminum clad on the exterior, bare wood on the interior), ‘pricey’, but glad we did. The decking was done in composite with anodized aluminum balusters. All SUPER NICE!

The foundation under the nook was totally redone, new footings, and new concrete floor. This area was previously a shed with a dirt floor. The shed was reframed and sided with cedar siding with a protective stain.

Additional work: Re-setting quarry tiles that were removed to patch water damage along the base of the doors and glass panels. Remove, replace, and paint water damaged clapboards. Finish trim and paint around the exterior of the glass. Stain and seal the interior of the Pella panels.

This was not a typical job. As there were foundation and structural issues, it took ingenuity and attention to detail to make it work. We are ‘tree huggers’, and Terry worked with us to prevent any collateral damage to the trees that bless the area around our deck. Our lot is on quite a slope to the back, so the deck is actually ‘second story’ so it has a ‘tree house’ feel.

We are extremely pleased with the job Terry and his crew did for us. The final product is everything that we hoped it would be.

Mike was quick to respond from the get go. His guys work was thorough and detailed. When we needed the ceiling to have another coat of paint, the guys were here the next day to finish that up. Couldn’t ask for a better paint job in a 5,000 sq ft. Home with 16 ft ceilings. For the amount of space, his team had our home done within 2 weeks. If we ever decide to change up the paint, he will be the guy we go to. Skip out on Certapro painters for a more individualized and local paint job.

Extensive work done in 2024, including construction of a new 2nd floor deck with roof, numerous windows replaced, kitchen update with new drywall and paint, everything completed to a high standard! Professional work, very responsive to any questions and concerns, always helpful. I highly recommend Lewis and Co, and I would absolutely go to them for future projects. I have a lot of work coming up, and they'll be first choice!

Lewis and Company added a porch to the front of my house and removed some interior walls to open up the living area. It all turned out just beautifully. They were working at my home for 90 days and everyone involved was professional, meticulous in their workmanship and respectful to me. I always knew when they would arrive and what to expect for the day. I absolutely love my “new” home. Can’t wait to enjoy Spring on my beautiful porch.
