I wouldn't hire this company to watch work being done, but then again maybe they would learn something.....
Poor customer service, poor workmanship, these people are trained at nothing, they build nothing!!!
I had my bathroom remodeled and they quoted me a fee for a custom built cabinet and then when it came to be installed they sent me to Lowe's to pick out what I wanted.
I was told to go to the plumbing warehouse to pick out the fixtures and bathtub which I did, what did I hire/pay them for....
I HAD a gas heater in my bathroom which they broke and then left, luckily I was still there shutting down the house for the evening and smelled gas, I called the emergency number and got a phone call from the person who broke the gas line stating "I can't help you, I'm already home and in shower", how ironic....I would love to take a shower in my house and NOT have it blow up. Emergency plumber showed up and shut off gas and then cut the wrong pipe, resulting in the fireplace not working.
I spoke with Ryan the owner many times over the course of 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks for a basic bathroom remodel.
They use subcontractors for everything, making nobody liable. I had people in my house who I could not communicate with and were taking down the tile wall and were breaking through to the other side resulting in the 2nd bathroom to need tile work to repair what they had neglected to inspect ahead of time. Then I was called a punta, because I was telling them, STOP, STOP
If you happen to take the time to research this company and would like to stop by their office they will most likely be playing ping pong, so do not be surprised if you do hire this company and it takes a very long time with all the ping pong breaks.

My experience with best builders is that I have found a company that I can truly trust with repair of damage or any other kind of home repair that I need. The people that work there and the other businesses that they work with are super people and so glad they helped me in time of need.

After my roof damage by a tree, the roof was repaired quickly but the internal damage was unsatisfactory. What should have been 1 1/2 days turned into over a week and I had to call then to come and finish the service. They didn’t clean up after painting and ceiling repairs. There were 3 men on day 1 but one only one returned after that. They didn’t finish the painting. I had to call then because a light was handing and didn’t work. They still have not finished the job since July.

Best Builders has amazing staff, very polite and timely. Their work ethic was great and I had a very positive experience with them. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Best Builders, Inc. In Nov 2018 we discovered extensive hidden warer damage to the roof of our sunroom which required replacement of rafters, and the entire roof structure. Best Builders repaired the damage and in the process made requested upgrades to the sunroom including additional windows, new gutters, tongue & groove interior wood ceiling, recessed lighting and high quality vinyl flooring. Alltogether a very positive experience. Ryan and Clayton closely monitored all aspects of the work including subcontractors and daily cleanup. Excellent workmanship. Very professional. Highly recommend.

No One really wants to deal with water damaged floors, however, Best Builders came in and was able to put my house back to better than normal. I really appreciate the time they took to explain everything and also the workers attention to detail.

We needed some home repairs for a leaky skylight and rotted wood on our front porch and soffits. Best Builders did it all for us and we were very happy with the work they did. Highly recommended!!
